IIRC, he (the guy from Us Magazine who did some article about celebs who have had surgery) told Howard that Aguilera had real breasts because you can sometimes see a hint of blue veins, which means that blood is flowing naturally... or something along those lines. The first thing I thought of was big fake Trish Stratus when I heard that, though, so I agree with all of you, I was just passing on his theory.

Ok, seriously.. if any one of you that posted in this thread ever bitch in a OAO Raw thread or some such about RVD being wasted or held down.. fuck you. However, I'm assuming none of you ever have or you'd be dirty hypocrites, and it's the other 1/2 of the board that didn't post here that does that.. right?

I think the last time Nash did commentary was with Shawn Michaels during a Booker T KOTR match on Raw. He kept impersonating Jim Ross and accused Booker T of gimmick infringement when he did a spin kick while Michaels, also doing a JR impression, demanded Booker get his own material. And yeah, Hall did one of my favourite Stunner sells at WMX8, but his unprofessional behaviour and general bad matches made me feel silly for all the marking out over his return I did on IRC.

The One and Only Smackdown! HCTP Thread
DrVenkman PhD replied to Insane Bump Machine's topic in Video Games
The HArdcore title exists i nthe game for balance. SmackDown as the CW (60 or above SP), US (70), and WWE (85) belts, while Raw has the IC (70) and World (85). Hardcore (60) was added to counter the CW title. And of curse they both have tag titles too. -
Hey, I was a huge Razor Ramon mark in the 90s. But Scott Hall made me embarassed to mark for his return in 2002. RVD may be getting sloppier and less motivated, but I'd much prefer a match with him than Hall. This is from the 'new' commentary section at WWE.com (The BackDoor)

I had a strange thing happen today.. I was Charlie Haas, doing a 6 Man Elimination Exhibition, and I got bloodied up. Well, at the end of the match, when I was taunting, my face was not blood red like my opponents, but a dark brown.. almost black colour. Is this some sort of error in the game, or a result of further beating down of my bloodied head (or, perhaps, does blood actually start to dry up after awhile?) -
It seems they are having a Awards Show Party before the actual awards... I think on Saturday, but I'm not sure.

According to some dude on Howard Stern a few weeks back, seeing veins in breasts means they are real.

I will admit, Shenmue is a gorgeous game, but I just found it too dull to continue much further into the game. Yes, I realize that makes my complaining about it unwarranted, and sometimes I even think of dusting off the DC and trying the game out again, but I became annoyed by the whole chasing someone through downtown at a certain time and having to be home and wait around if you miss him element of it. I hear Shenmue 2 (don't hae an Xbox to play it) has made dealing with time based situation waiting easier.

If walking around town finding random people while having to sit around and wait for time to pass, and listening to people say "THAT DAY? No, I do not remember anything about THAT DAY" leading you to get bored and spend all your time buying toys from machines and playing arcade games is an incredible gaming experience, then yes, Shenmue rocked! To anyone else, it's boring.

Attitude... you played Warzone, you knew it was going to suck. But you hoped and hoped, after every delay, that the game would be good. So you buy it, finally, and you rush home to put the late Owen Hart through Season and give him the WWF title... and the game still sucks. P.S. I think Andrew meant "Street Fighter III", since that was a huge let down, while SFA3 is awesome (I think, anyway).

According to last weeks Observer, where Dave assumed that the injury was code for surgery, he said it would be the third such operation for her.
-
Maybe it's because I'm not an elitist smart who tries to hate everything and judge people's current work on their past work (which in the case of this person, I haven't seen outside of two ECW matches)... but WTF is with all the Tajiri hate? Worst Tag Team, Least Favourite Wrestler... why is he a nominee for these things?

Underlining "Remember" and copying a movie are good indicators it's Goldust, remembering their days as World Tag Champions, looking to join back up (or at least, Goldust is the one writing here). However, that's from a logical, requires slight detective work from the fans standpoint, so the WWE will make it be, uh, someone from OVW.

Well if Edge wrestles at Mania after coming off an injury, that means he'll keep his undefeated streak there. You always get put over on the first PPV match after an injury return.. right, Benoit?

The mattress commercial where they drop a bowling ball on RIchard Simmons is great, as is the commercial where Kurt Angle watches pizza toppings wrestle.

What is the funniest TV show ever?

There was a line on Family Guy that summed up Sports Night pretty well... I just don't remember it. The gist was it's not a funny show. -

So far my biggest issue with the game is that after WMXIX corrected table physics to avoid wonky animations (you couldn't get off the table just by moving, you had to press a button.. thus you could do any move on the table and stay on top of it, driving your opponent through each time), but HCTP still suffers the problems that date back to "Know Your Role". That, and the fact hair and other body parts sometimes disappear under the mat during pinfalls (very minor!) are my only real beefs right now (though if what is being said about the IronMan match is true, that sucks too). I'm still loving this game, still playing through Season. I decided to start as a champion this time, and immediatley got put into an angle. Fun! -
The Canadian commercial from 2002 where a guy says he's from Canada and the dumb American says she knew a Glenn from Canada, and asked if he knew him from his office. He replies that Office Glenn is dead. Someone at a Raw last year had a "Office Glenn (Down Arrow)" sign, that was great. There was a commercial that I don't remember all that well as I've only seen it once, where hundreds of guys dressed up as sperm run through the street towards a woman, so the guy pulls out a condom and they all go away. It was shown before a movie. I also have a commercial for the Mario Brothers game, where Luigi keeps yelling "Maaaaario where aaaare you!".. it's hilariously cheesey. Some of those new Barq's commercials are pretty good.

Many of the shows listed are great and all, but where is the NewsRadio love?!?! -
Isn't this like, the exact same angle they did when Nidia was stalking Hurricane in 2002? I figured it could have been John's evil personality, Little Johnny writing the note, but what the hell does he remember about Booker? Goldust sounds about right.

Well, IIRC, the FUneral Parlor segment had the real belt, but was later distorted in recaps... I think.
-
I wonder if the WWF stuff still has video distortion on the belt.
-
The Funeral Parlor one, does that end with Vince getting hit with a wooden chair? If so, that's awesome. I don't mind Easter Eggs that are all "click here, highlight this", I actually enjoy those. It's the "enter chapter selection XXX and..." etc, as I hear the Simpsons Season 3 Easter Eggs are ridiculously complicated like that.

Yeah, you have to say you want to work as a singles wrestler.
