Working a 16 hour shift (and being awake for about 16 hours prior to work) really messed my sleeping schedule and trains of thought up. Carry on, everyone.

Hey it's the 100th episode of the History of ECW! Some funny interplay in the opening studio segment ("I made some of the worst wrestling you ever saw sound interesting" - Tazz referring to the Eastern Championship Wrestling episodes). There's some wacky audio glitch during Pitbull #2 entrance. You hear nothing, then you hear the dubbed ECW theme that they also use for The Pitbulls. Then you hear the "channel changing" sound effect they use to cut between Joey Styles and matches, then some hockey arena type fanfare music, then finally The Ramone's "Blitzkrieg Bop" (though no lyrics are heard).

It was a good run but I was back to getting nothing this week. I figured this would happen - they're still updating The Movie Network OD listings (which are supposed to be up on a Tuesday). That's usually a good barometer on how quick / slow the 24/7 update will be. Edit: Naturally everything showed up this morning EXCEPT Essential Starrcade Part 2.

Doesn't Smackdown still have that talent exchange thing going or was that ended when Raw started using ECW talent? I'm assuming that ended when Raw signed their talent exchange deal with ECW, otherwise there def. wouldn't be a point to the separation then. Of course the way they've been doing it lately, there really is no point to it now, but I digress. They never said it did (and since it still tapes with SD, it didn't). That basically makes ECW the ultimate brand.

For historical context, most of this conversation happened while I was in the midst of a 16 hour shift. Said shift started at 12am - I had been up since 8am the previous day (and had gone to sleep at 3am that night).
