Vague thread title I admit, but mainly I'm talking about the programs where you can take an existing picture and make a giant collage out of it with a bunch of little pictures, I recall Michael Moore using this with American soldiers in the CE folder awhile back, and I wanted to know how I could do it myself. Also, I wanted to know how to take existing pictures and just change the style, perhaps make it fade out, change the outlines, just stuff like that. An example Any and all help would be appreciated.

I recall there being a 185 lb kick returner for the jets that could bench something like 425. That's insane. But Michael Vick is the best all around athlete. One of the strongest arms and one of the fastest pairs of legs makes this guy the best. I think he's hated on this board because of all the love he gets from TV shows, but really, he can be the greatest QB in the league if he let his arm develop and actually made some plays in the pocket. His arm is probably the strongest in the league, it's just that he doesn't really show it.

Sounds like an ass. Played a great game though. If Brandon Stokeley had played dead after the CLEAR helmet to helmet, there would've been a penalty, as there should have been. That's what you get for being a man about it and getting up. Rodney Harrison was touched by a Colts WR that he was jawing, and that started complaining to the ref. Yeah, that doesn't make you look like a hypocrite. I wanted the Colts, but with all the circumstances, I was surprised that they were such heavy favourites. Belicheck is a genius, that's most important, and the stories about him breaking into the league were GOLD. It's akin to those mafia stories where the guy breaks in as an errand boy and becomes the most powerful man in the family.

Yeah but they pretty much did it without their team leader and QB. McNabb was the offense at that point and they didn't have him there. The game might've been different had he not gotten injured. Are you kidding? McNabb left the game when the verdict was in, maybe not in terms of time left but it was clear from the way they were playing that the game was over. He was getting smoked before he left, and he probably knew the end result which is why he didn't fight the injury and stay in the game.

I'm disappointed, I expected to see a few BAH GAWD~!'s and maybe a couple of STONE COLD~!'s.

Discovery's 100 Greatest Americans

Williams' accomplishments are undeniable, but what did he do to transend baseball? Very little, in my view. Certainly nothing that would rate him among the Ben Franklins and Mark Twains of our nation. Um...Greatest Hitter to ever live How many presidents do you guys think will be on the list? I think they're gonna go with a set number, like 12. -
Oh please, we are not all extreme conservative blowhards like Mike or Rush. You are just taking a misconception and using it as justification for a unjust view. Seriously, few conservatives I know approve of this, and I talk with a great range of extremes. The problem is, they find themselves asailed from all sides by people like C-Bacon who consider this standard practice among the US Military forces and hide behind a false cloak of 'international dignity' or some such false ideal. That's the only time I've EVER heard anyone I know use the Euro Nation defense. It's just the same as the "There were no WMDs defense": For all intents and purposes, the most intelligence gathered in Iraq was for the WMD argument, with info coming from the UN and other foreign intelligence agencies. NoCal can say "These arguments were around before!" but in all honesty, even Hans Blix only conceded it after the invasion. Sure, there was Joe Wilson, but the Senate says that Wilson was wrong and Bush was right in that case, even. Seriously, little argument was brought that he had no weapons until months after the invasion. Up until then, it was how to deal with the weapons that were there, not if they were there to begin with. Oh boy, am I drunk tonight. I never said I felt that way, but many people use the logic of "if you're not with us, then you must be against us." It's like unless you state otherwise, we automatically assume you're wearing the same stripes as those "in your camp"(blowhard conservatives still being conservative, Islamic fundamentalists being Arabic, etc.). GWB stated that at one point, and the problem is that's a very limited viewpoint on a much broader problem. Just because someone doesn't approve of the "War on Terror" doesn't mean that they approve of the Sept. 11 attacks. It's stupid and I would not be surprised if he was heavily criticized for it (I wouldn't know, I don't really remember the reactions). To clarify: I don't think that conservatives actually condone the Abu Gharaib "torture" (whatever you want to call it). It's ironic that this is the exact point that I was trying to make earlier, that just because I didn't make a clear statement that I didn't follow this stupid line of thinking, Justice automatically assumed that I did follow it and that I felt that conservatives loved torture. I would say I'm pretty conservative myself, but seeing as how most of the politics on the board revolve around the Iraq War, I probably come off as pretty liberal, seeing as how I don't really feel it to be justified, in addition to the fact that I'm pissed at the lying and false information used to go for it.

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that Igor and Heath are better fighters then RIP fighter Ranger Stott. But you are right, he was a monster in UFC and in IVC. He retired, and I think he could have been a champion. You'd be hard pressed to find someone that can stop his takedown, and the fact that he won two ADCC world championships, most wins by decision admittedly, meant that he was hard to submit. With his aggressive strikes and fighting style, it would be hard to beat him. -

Neither of the fights were on that card. Kerr lost to Fujita, and the finals was Igor and Coleman, which actually got a pretty good crowd reaction from what I remember. The Kerr fights with Igor and Herring were on PRIDE 15 and I think 12, maybe 11. -
The perfect record must be 1-0-15 then, seems doable if you play a little MARTYBALL~!

Because most people didn't go "Oh that's wrong these people should be locked up" they went "Well it's not torture, at least we're not as bad as *insert European country here*". When you don't attack, but rather defend it in a roundabout way, people will assume things, whether true or not. Just like how just because all Arabs don't go and say "Al Queda is BAD~!" we automatically assume that they don't necessarily believe that. It's bad logic, but it's not like Conservatives are the only ones that suffer. To Jingus: I meant that when you have pictures of weird shit going on, I'm not sure I'm gonna believe that all the soldiers did was get them naked and put hoods on, and no more. When prisoners tell family members about being sodomized and such, and people tell stories of having guns pointed at private parts while being stripped naked, to believe that worse shit had happened is not that far of a stretch. Question for all: Do you honestly believe that every person in that Abu Gharib prison deserves to be in there?

I don't remember, but they don't talk about him much do they? They just showcase the fact that he beat Mark Kerr, correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I heard that the Japanese fans were booing Mark in his match with Igor, and I saw it in a match with Heath, but I wonder why. There was a constant battle for positioning, and some submissions were attempted, and I've seen more boring ground fights not get booed in Japan. Add that to the fact that I thought all three fighters were popular in Japan and I'm confused. -
He's not exactly getting it done in Buffalo either.... Brady fits that system. Bledsoe fits NO system.

So for Canadians, we will have to watch at 9 in the morning, come Sunday? -
I only want to post because I think that Randy Moss is the best receiver in the league, bar none. The people who put T.O. ahead of him are crazy. I mean, how can I be the only one that shares this opinion? Great with the deep ball, incredible hands, great leap, amazing coordination, plays when he's hurt and is tougher then most give him credit for (because of the attitude). I don't want to get into the fact that what the fans say to him is worse then whatever end zone celebration he does. Best WR in football. I think Philly got lucky in their first game, what with T.O.'s non-TD catch, and with him out of the equation, things will be easier. Oh yeah, he's pretty damn fast too. Peyton Manning is the best QB. Most intelligent, best arm, great accuracy, and the ability to make VX think that Brandon Stokeley is one of, if not THE best receiver in the league. That has to count for something. I don't know about RB, it seems that there is no standout guy, but I'd go with LT. His ability to be great both in the run and on the pass, not to mention that he's a great team player make him my pick. BenRo reminds me a lot of Brady. Great team surrounding him, but he just wins. Doesn't make really bad mistakes, he just does what he has to to win. We'll see how that translates to his performance in the playoffs.

There are cases of sodomizing and such, but most of the people here on this board probably won't believe it until it is proven without a shadow of a doubt, where they might not believe the people who make such claims. I don't see why the prisoners might lie about it especially considering that the charges just keep getting worse, so it's not out of the question. It's understandable though, their stance I mean, since it should take a lot of evidence when it comes to serious crimes like these. Ironic, considering they didn't need much evidence to believe that there were WMD's in Iraq LOL2004~!

I read on one of those 24 news ticker things that Bush has expressed regret over saying the "Bring em on" line. Perhaps it was because it sounded like something from a cliched shoot em up western movie? It sounds like some dumbass cowboy thing to be certain, but I think he's talking about the fact that there are no WMD's. Maybe. The US talking smack to a bunch of "insurgents" and asking to take their best shot is like Mike Tyson trying to sound tough by calling out, oh I don't know, Lennox Lewis...' kids. -

Out of curiousity, how many hits do you guys get for the articles that people write? I was wondering, because I assumed that if a lot of the people on the board don't read it, then who does? Anyways, I'd write them -

It is the same documentary. I have to say that I didn't like Beyond the Mat that much, it didn't give me much insight into the world of Pro Wrestling that we didn't know before. I don't think anyone knew about Mark Kerr and his personal demons before this came out. I mean, while he was a star, of all the guys to make a documentary on, he didn't really cross my mind. That alone shows that there was a lot that we didn't know, since after you see this it's clear why they show him. Beyond The Mat featured wrestlers in ways I was already familiar; drugged up, broken down, messed up backgrounds, etc. Mark Kerr is the opposite of what most assume to be a fighter, since he's articulate and intelligent. I heard that there's hundreds of hours of footage that they cut out for the film, I wonder how that turned out? Side note: Has anyone else seen the extras? I've only seen Bas Rutten knocking out Ricco, that was pretty funny. -

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm guessing paintshop is the same thing as photo shop just a little easier to use along with the fact that it's not as, uhh, detailed? -
I taught my brother how to play jingle bells on guitar. While I'm sure that there are songs that are easier to play on guitar, he would not know how to play them since he only knows this one in a "Paint by numbers" sort of way. It's more like a condition, like a very specific function that a robot can do. He doesn't know how to play the guitar, neither does Avril.

By the way, I have been hearing stuff about the Colts making excuses for last year's loss to the Pats. Anyone clarify this for me? -
Don't MP3 players run on battery, so they're expected to die, only to be replaced later with another battery?

It's Official: No WMDs in Iraq.
Your Paragon of Virtue replied to Skywarp!'s topic in Current Events
The point is that was the main justification for the war. It's been proven to not be a good reason at this point, and the whole excuse of "Well they might have it, better shoot first find WMD's later" should be thrown away. But hey, I'm sure that alot of people will STILL ignore this because lying and false evidence is a-okay. -
Are those stories true? The thread title is Urban Legend and some of the stories were admittedly false. Those sound way cooler then whatever is in the WWE book though.
