Well it's good to see Vlad finally get some recognition after years of people not seeing him play because he was on the Expos.

What kind of fucking idiot would even think of taking a move like that off a ROOF? It's a miracle he didn't break his neck. I've seen a lot of stupid backyard wrestling clips, but that takes the cake.

WWE News & Notes from the 11/15 Observer

It's a shame that it's coming to an end, but thanks SD for all the Observer news. It was much appreciated. -
Owen Hart, Mick Foley, selling popcorn bag shots
Zetterberg is God replied to a topic in General Wrestling
It was all explained in Foley's first book. Basically, Owen and Mick (wrestling as Dude Love) agreed to have a stinker of a match. Dave Meltzer was in the audience, so this had a lot to do with it. It became sort of a hardcore match, and Mick brought in a bag of popcorn and nailed Owen with it several times, who sold it like death each time. -

Kevin Smith / Jason Mewes to appear on Degrassi

He was responsible for one classic moment (in my mind), which was sending Caitlin flowers from BEYOND THE GRAVE~! The movie was on here about a week ago and I unfortunately missed it. -

I have to start watching this show if all of the old characters keep coming back. For anyone that saw Wheels' cameo, did they talk about his time in jail? -

It's too bad they buried it in a terrible Friday night timeslot because it really is a funny show.

Honestly now, what the hell is going on? All these releases have to mean something.

This is crazy. But if it leads to better, younger talent coming up then it's all good.

The latest I've heard is March 2005, mostly due to the fact that Chiklis is working on the Fantastic Four movie and that has delayed shooting a little bit.

Wasn't that WrestleMania IX not X? Yes it was.

Anything from seasons 4-9 does it for me. Those episodes were just joke after joke, and the social and pop culture satire was top notch. Granted, there were some classic episodes before then (Homer at the Bat comes to mind), but the show hit its stride in those years. Season by season, some of my favs: Season 4: Mr. Plow, Marge vs. the Monorail, The Front, Krusty Gets Kancelled Season 5: Too many to name, but Homer Goes to College, The Boy Who Knew Too Much (MacArnagle!!!) and $pringfield are classics. Season 6: Itchy & Scratchyland, Homer the Great, A Star is Burns (perhaps my favorite episode), Lisa's Wedding. Season 7: Who Shot Mr Burns?(part 2), The Simpson's 138th Show Spectacular, Team Homer, Scenes From a Class Struggle in Springfield, 22 Short Films About Springfield, Homerpalooza Season 8: The Homer They Fall, The Springfield Files, Homer's Enemy, Simpsons Spin-off Showcase Season 9: The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson, The Last Temptation of Krust, The Trouble With Trillions

-Royal Rumble: The Rumble, of course, and the fact that Benoit had a legitimate chance at winning it was enough for me. -No Way Out: I wanted to see Eddie win the belt, and I knew that he and Brock would have a great match -Wrestle-Mania XX: It's Wrestle-Mania, plus the card had some pretty good/interesting matches on it. -Backlash: I wanted to see if Foley could pull a good match out of Orton, plus the main event was pretty good as well. After that, due to cable company problems, lack of funds and the terrible product, I stopped ordering PPV's. I had a long streak going too, dating back to 2000. I did go to BitTorrent for SummerSlam, and will continue to do so if the PPV has good matches on it.

They're filming a movie that revolves around their characters' love for the Sox. Anyway, congrats to the Sox. They wanted it and they got it.

I must have gotten the glitchiest copy of all, because mine sometimes does that too. Another one is switching my starters around without me knowing (ex: putting in my backup QB even if my starter is 100% healthy and has played every game).
-
I have that one too. Annoying as fuck.

What radio stations do you like to listen to?
Zetterberg is God replied to Rob E Dangerously's topic in General Chat
That part pisses me off too, but when CJAY is playing crap, I'll switch over to Q and they're usually playing something decent. -
