Just saw the commercial for the newest excuse for TV. I forget the name, but the premise is that people can vote for two random strangers to get together and get married. Seriously, what the fuck? Who would ever agree to do anything that stupid?

Also, let's not forget about the half-time raffle, where the lucky winner will be hog-tied and threatened with rape by the expert himself, Bradshaw!

I don't think I can express the rage I feel when the most talentless singer in history gets told the hard truth and they still act like they should be bowed down to. I can only imagine what Canadian Idol is going to be like.

I caught him on Conan last night and the show sounds good. Hopefully Comedy Network (in Canada) picks it up.

The guy has had one good match. He has no real visible talent or charisma, and the only way WWE could think of to get him over (and he's not) was by associating himself with his girlfriend and talking about his balls? Just get rid of him. It's not working and it never will.

It just angers me that all these bands think that the only viable places to tour and make money in Canada are Toronto and Vancouver. If Springsteen can come to Calgary, why not anyone else?

Raw wouldn't even be worth watching at all, period. They need to keep the only real face challenger for HHH on Raw. Getting rid of Booker T would leave no one left for HHH, seeing how he has beaten every other face on Raw.

The main-event should be good. If it's anything like Summer Slam, it should be worth watching. Plus Rey got knee surgery so he's in a lot better shape.

Sometimes it doesn't make sense. Take IRS. Why would an auditor from the IRS leave his secure job to come get beat up for a living? These gimmicks should be believeable, otherwise, why bother?

Just imagine. Hogan versus Vince in Montreal. Hogan just has to say how he might be getting revenge for Bret, and the heat would be unbeliveable.

It's been 4 months since Unforgiven and it's only coming out now? Armageddon is out in the states in February. That's only 2 months. So like I said, Canada always has to wait twice as long to gets new WWE DVD releases.

I say rematch. Make Angle say this is Benoit's last shot to realize his dream. The heat would be amazing, and the match would be equally spectacular

Tell me about it. Every time they give a "HUGE" announcement, I always psych myself up, telling myself something big will actually happen. So I now I keep my hopes low and if something does happen, it's 10 times better

So no one associated with HHH is in a top position on SmackDown? Face it, Angle and Benoit made HHH's match (while not his fault) look like complete shit, and he probably could blame Steiner, but it's easier for him to take it out on two obviously more talented wrestlers.

Good report, Dames. I couldn't believe how much I was into the near falls and submission holds. I knew Angle would retain but I had a small feeling Benoit might take it. That is why this was such a great match. No one lost and everyone gained.

It just angers me that the standing ovation these two got will mean nothing to their careers and HHH and his bullshit will still be at the top.

If the announcement is anything less than that, it is not a bombshell. I read on Meltzer's site that it might be Kevin Nash. That's just great.
