There's excuse number 1 right there........and you just proved my point my man........Like i said nobody in WWE draws buyrates right now so why shit on Goldberg for not getting more buys in his ppv matches........If you shit on Goldberg for that then you have to shit on Lesnar, Angle, Austin, Rock, HHH, Booker T, Jericho, HBK.
-
Let me ask you something....if i decide to talk about Test and make a point why is it useless and pointless. At least its something different from the HHH hate and threads about all the same people all the time. I dont think its useless, but if you do then why waste your time posting. That shit irks the hell out of me when someone says "useless" and "pointless". This is a fuckin messageboard to talk about wrestling....last time i checked TEST was a wrestler in WWE and if thats what i choose to start a thread about then so be it. You dont like it? don't bother entering the thread

I believe Goldberg has been a failure so far...........but, its not fair to throw the buy-rate argument in there. NOONE is bringing in buyrates in WWE right now. What happened at WRESTLEMANIA XIX when Kurt Angle and Lesnar main evented. I'd like to know a certain SOMEONES excuse for Angle not getting a monster buyrate

I said the guys isnt 'THAT" bad...i never said he's good. I just don't think he's as bad as you people say. Nothing more, nothing less. He hasnt realized his potential over the past 5 years....true. Many people NEVER realize their potential in any profession. Baseball, football, basketball, just about any sport, or even in other fields there are people who have the tools but never are able to use them all and realize all their potential. It's normal in the world. Test i believe is one of those people who has the tools and talent, but may never put it all together

Is his moveset that much better than A-Train's or any of the other hosses? Mike Barton .Seriously. But, not many guys his size do an elbow. However, Vader, Mike Awesome and others his size, did/do much more impressive moves. I'll give you Mike Aweome and Vader....but they're not in WWE now are they? I'm talking about in the WWE. All i'm saying is the man is athletic, moves well, and is agile. You guys are making it seem like i'm calling his Chris Benoit Jr. and shit.

Direct me to the plethora of good Test matches, please. Did you not just read what i posted.....read my previous post cause im not repeating it. owhere there did i say he ever had good matches So...He doesn't suck...but he can't have a good match? I'm confused. Oh, maybe he has "potential." Ok, i shall direct you ONCE AGAIN to my previous posts where i explain why he's not that bad and still doesnt have good matches either. Perhaps you should read it before posting

Oh, not again. Every now and then someone says "Test isn't that bad", and uses his elbow as a reason why. 1. He doesn't even do it anymore 2. It ain't THAT impressive. What does that fact the he is 6'6 have to do with it? Tell me this...if Test "isn't that bad" why have the majority of his matches, since his debut, been shit? Is he just unlucky? It looked like Test's fault to me. He jumped to early. I mention the 6'6 cause the guy is considered a hoss and has a better moveset than most others his size. I think it makes sense to mention it. You don't think his elbowdrop off the top is impressive? Name me another guy his size who can do it better......just 1. I never said his matches are good, i said he isnt that BAD and his moveset isnt bad. He definitely needs to work on psychology, chain wrestling, and pacing a lot more as well as not getting blown up so early, but his potential is there. The northern lights suplex....once again was not his fault. I taped the show and watched the move again. He jumped at the right time but Steiner got nothing on the lift.

I agree with you and something very similiar in my topic, but I dont know if i agree with all of the Hurricane ball licking here. The guy is good, but i don't wanna see him in the main event anytime soon. He'll never be main eventing a PPV. I think guys like Jericho, Booker, Christian, RVD, Lance Storm, HHH should be the main stars of RAW and out of all of those guys only 1 looked strong and credible last night and it was HHH. What asurprise
-
I seem to remember Jindrak and O'Haire both sucking balls when they were a team. Maybe Batista can take this time to improve in the ring....he already has an awesome look and the intensity, all he needs to do is expand the moveset.
-
I might be in the minority but i dont think Test is THAT bad in the ring. The guy is 6'6 and moves around the ring very well and is smooth. His moveset isnt bad with some good power moves and a very impressive top rope elbow. I liked his asshole heel persona last night and think he could get over if he builds on it. I've certainly seen worse than Test and thinks he gets knocked a little too much by us. By the way that Northern Lights wasnt his fault, it was Steiner's.....next thing your gonna say is Steiner fell off the apron and it was Test's fault cause he was too far away.

I think the jobbers purporse it to provide guys like Steven Richards and others with wins, so that when they're losing every week on Raw it'll look better for their opponent. With that being said i dont htink it works, it's ok cause EVERYTHING is meesed up in WWE right now. I'm losing hope.
-
I know we've gone over and over it againt, i just htought his actual record was interesting so i decided to share it. Feel free to NOT respond anymore if you don't see a need to cover it anymore

I was thinking of recent ppv's a short while ago and got to thinking Triple H's ppv matches over the past 10 months ever since his loss to Michaels at Summerslam. Here is his impressive, stellar PPV record over the past 10 shows. Win Loss DQ Loss(Intenttional DQ doesn't count as a loss in my book) HHH 7 1 2 (Intentional DQ vs. Steiner at Rumble, and Nash at JD) Here are the superstars HHH has defeated, which by the way were all by pinfall. ---RVD, Kane, Shawn Michaels, Scott Steiner, Booker T, Kevin Nash ---His ONLY pinfall loss in the last 10 months was to his buddy HBK, and he got the job back next month --- If that's not enough The Game is 5-0-2 in his last 7 PV matches with 2 Intentional DQ's. He hasn't really lost a PPV match in 7 months now. --- Ahh Triple H. A hero in all of our books, a man who overcomes all obstacles and defeats everyone with the dreaded pedigree. Long live The Game

I wanna know why they think they can charge $34.95 for a PPV with half a roster and childs booking
-
No way Smackdown's PPV can be worse than Raw PPV. They got Angle, Benoit, Mysterio, Spanky, Cena, Guerrero, Team angle, Rhyno. Musch better workrate on the Smackdown roster. Of course we'll have to deal with Vince vs. Hogan taking up at least 30 minutes and maybe Nathan Jones and Taker stinking it up.
-
Yeah..........Hurricane as an enforcer.........that'll work, why not just put Spike Dudley there instead. I think Hurricane is done as soon as they get rid of the gimmick, so keep it on him forever
-
I agree with Dumb and Dumberer.....they totally dropped the ball on that one....and if it took 8 years for them to come up with that garbage then they should have just never thought of a sequel....awful In the first movie Lloyd and Harry were morons but they werent retarded...these guys act like they have down syndrome and the plot is so fuckin stupid that i couldnt believe it. Terrible movie, terrible characters, terrible plot......terrible!
-
This is so stupid....it was a shock moment and it worked for them....End of story. If Big show gets a PPV match with Lesnar then your bitching will be justified, but until then theres nothing to complain about
-
Are you addressing ANglesault or me with that statement ?
-
Some people look at EVERYTHING in a negative way. Thats just the way it is. I actually thought Big Show was alright in the match. Didn't mind him at all and its a TV main event. Not PPV. When Big Show is main eventing another PPV then i understand the complaints. This match was on FREE tv. No way they're gonna give Angle vs. Lesnar, or Benoit vs. Lesnar on free tv.
-
Look, it was a one night stunt and it popped the crowd like hell. I see nothing wrong with that at all. Whats the big deal, it was a one time thing and it looked tremendous
-
460? the dude was not 460 when he started WCW.....cmon man.....He had to be around 320-350 the most. The guy was trim with some muscle definition. Once again i bring up Shaq who is 7'1 305lbs
-
At what point in WCW are you talking about? When he started and was slim or towards the end when he was pudgy?
-
I guess you are......That was an awesome visual and was pulled of perfectly. It did its job and got the crowd to go absolutely wild. Perhaps you would have felt differently if it was Angle delivering the superplex
