I agree Downhome about the thinking of the WWE....they may feel he's too big of a star to be relegated to the cruiserweight division. But, if you build it up right god knows they have the talent to make it work....Tajiri, Knoble, Nunzio, Rey, Kidman, Spanky, Ultimo Dragon soon......For christ's sake.......................Rey Mysterio vs. Ultimo Dragon for the Cruiserweight Title could main event a PPV on my TV screen any freakin day of the week!

Downhome, me too....when i hear the "In time mate" there's just something about the way he says it that's very eerie. I'm pumped to see this guy too and they've done a fabulous job with his vignettes. His voice is very unique and he's got that evil austrailian accent going.....i'm so pumped for this guy to show up and tear some people apart.

Well elts look at it closer and see if they have enough talent to fill up a card: RAW: HHH, Steiner, Booker T, Jericho, Austin, Lance Storm, Regal, Christian, Test, Hurricane, Steven Richards, Batista, D-Lo Brown, MAven, Nowinski, Goldust, Raven, Kane, Jeff Hardy, Rico, dudley boys, 3mw........right there you have 24 guys and if you have 6 singles matches and 2 tag matches on a card thats easily enough to cover. lets look at SmackDown: Angle, Benoit, Big Show, Taker, Brock, Edge, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, A-Train, The Rock (maybe), John Cena, Red Dog, Matt Hardy, Knoble, Tajiri, Kidman, Nunzio, B-2, Bill Demott, Shannon Moore, Chavo, Palumbo.....thats 24 Smackdown stars that can fill up a card, although you might have to have 2 cruiserweight matches on every card...hey that wouldnt bother me one bit So they have enough superstars on each brand to have a PPV lineup, plus we get some fresh faces on those shows.

In time mate.......In time

Ok, how about this then...........you still have 12 PPV's a year..............but you can have 4 Raw PPv's, 4 SmackDown PPv's, and then have the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, King of The Ring, and Survivor Series as Inter-Promotional PPV's

I might be wrong but I believe that match was almost a whole year in the making with Taz breaking Sabu's neck. The PPV at Barely Legal, which I own, had an ok match with taz vs. Sabu, but not great by any means...so it was kind of dissapointing. It's like something was missing like the emotion. Anyway, you're right cause the crowd was 50/50 with Taz and Sabu and the angle after the match with Sabu and Alfonso turning heel outshined the match itself.

Damn thinking about Booker makes me think about a great talent that the WWE recently released and i feel it was a big mistake. Yes, i'm talking about Ron "The Truth" Killings.....they have similiar kicks, but Killings just seems to freakin explode when he does his axe and scissor kicks.

Exactly Bob Barron, To say that he won the title all those times just because he was black is an ignorant and silly statement to make. It's not like the guy only won it once, and its not like he wasn't at the top of the card. Booker T was the top guy in WCW for the last few years and was waaaaaaay over with the crowd. It's usually a good idea to make your top star champion!

You guys nailed it on the head when you said he needs to be brought in and immediately go after one of the big boys. I think that's what made ManKind so successfull. When he first entered he had 2 or 3 sqaushes against jobbers , but then went right after the Taker. With several wins over the Taker he looked legit cause he was the first guy ever to get the better of Taker fo so long. Nathan Jones needs to come in and go right after Taker, and Taker better dam well put him over preferrebly at WMIX if they want this guy to be a major player in the future.

I disagree with the statement that Booker T is the most overrated star. You say that he's not a good worker and can't put on good matches which is bogus. Book can put on a very good match, he's got a pretty good moveset, is very agile, and sells well. Then you say that guys like Edge and RVD are the future and while i like both guys.....you can't call Booker a bad worker and then call RVD a good worker because RVD is pretty damn bad with psychology and equally as bad with selling. He's a glorified spot machine basically. Edge's moveset is below average i would say. The guy's finisher for most matches is a freakin spear for crying out loud. A spear from Rhyno would be believable to kncok someone out of their boots and finish them off, but cmon.....Edge's spear is weak looking, he looks like he makes noooo contact whatsoever and he's way to small to have that a s a legitimate finisher. I think all 3 guys are the future cause they all have charisma and draw the fans into their matches. But, if there was ONE of those 3 who's the total package right now it would be Booker T in my mind.

I could understand him mixing them up at first...but, cmon.......somethings wrong when he's still mixing tem up regularly 3 years later every week

The problem is the jack ass named Vince thinks everything he thinks of will be gold......but, he seems to forget WBF, XFL, and even Smackdown records which is losing all their artists......genius my ass! Just step aside Vince and give control to someone who is in touch with the fanbase and will focus on wrestling like Paul Heyman, or even Jim Cornette. Step aside, man....before your company goes to the shitter
-
The guy seems like a good guy for the most part with the exception that hes a total and disgusting pervert.
-
Uuuum.......that would make no sense because the die hard fans are the ones that stick with them through the good AND bad. Casual fans will leave after a couple weeks or months of bad programming.

How about when JR was talking about i forgot which PPV it was recently and he said something to the effect of "Right here in Chicago where WrestleMania III was held" I was thinking right there that was totally senile
-
To get off topic for just a sec, I have to say that Jessie's comments about Hogan at WMV especially after the win was totally shoot and legit feelings. He was right on the money when he said how much of an egomaniac Hogan is and how he makes him sick. I dont know, i just felt his comments sounded like they were coming from the heart.
-
Damn, can we see the guy work a match at least. You guys are ripping on him already and all we saw from him was a run in and an armbar. Let's see what the guy has before we judge him
-
That Monsoon Ventura stuff was classic though compared to JR and King...and that was in the age of kayfabe. *Randy Savage pokes Hogan with a thumb to the eye* Gorilla : Oh, did you see that Jess....The guy just stuck his finger in Hulks thumb...cmon get in there ref...do your job" Ventura: I didnt see that Gorilla....I think it was just an open fist slap. *Hogan returns the favor and rakes his nails down Savage's back* Ventura: Oh, what about that Gorilla....what about your hero now. What he just did was dirty and he should be disqualified" Gorilla: Hey, Jes all's fair in love and war and he's just doing what he had coming to him"

Absolutely, he would say "Boy, you know that Y2J is a gifted athlete, but he's a pompous ass"........Also, he constantly messes up.....it would be every week that he would mix up the hardy boys and king would constantly have to correct him, and he constantly calls the wrong move.....If i have to hear him call the VAn Terminator "Van Daminator" one more time i'm gonna mute the TV.

Good one Mighty, that was hilarious. I agree completely with that. He needs to be a little more balanced.....Like, at the very least if the face hits the heel with a chair or something he should say "well, he shouldn't do it but he's just fighting fire with fire."
-
Angle vs. Lesnar will definitely be the last match of the night. the Raw World Title match will probably be in the middle of the pack somewhere with Rock vs. Goldberg Y2J vs. HBK in between
-
CanadianChick, I know what you mena. I noticed it too. Another thing i noticed is that he likes to talk right through a Y2J promo and is ALWAYS running him down. Even when Y2J was a face JR never really got excited about him. I thin there's genuine dislike there for whatever reason. Probably because Y2J isn't over 6'3 and 280lbs. He never gives Y2J any credit, but is quick to sing the praises of how impressive Batista is when he hits someone with a freakin clothesline.

I agree that he uses to many of the same words over and over and over again. It's like he has a very limited vocabulary. He also uses words at inappropriate time like everything has to be heinous to him. I love how those damn dudley's were bastards when they were first heel and were powerbombing women through tables. he'd be like "those damn dudley's.....damnit....damn them.....have they no souls!!!!???" but then when they turn face and they're about to hit a 3D on a table to someone like Ivory he'd be like "OH yeah.....Oh yeah......Are you ready for some wood king......cmon, give that witch what she deserves".........I just hate that hippocracy and he has really lost it over the past few years. On a side note I remember the first time i noticed he would get super hyper was at King of The Ring 99 with Rock vs. Undertaker, and when Triple H, who had just turned heel interfered and pedigreed the Rock JR was like "OH, FOR CHRIST SAKE.......THAT SON OF A BITCH!!!!!! THAT GOOD FOR NOTHING, NO GOOD SON OF A BIIIIIIIITCH! DAMN HIM!!!" For some reason whe he said that i was dying and couldnt stop cracking up.

It was a good idea Dan.....makes sense.....I just ask for one thing and one thing only for when he makes his return. Have him come out to the Alliance music from SummerSlam 2001 and Survivor Series 2001. That them is bad ass and suits him perfectly.
