I say it was legit....the girl fell right on her head. Her shoulder has a big ass welt, her arm slowly went down after she fell, and she didn't look like she was furthering or setting up an angle with the convo between her and the crew.

that was legit....you can tell by the way her hand stayed in the air when she fell......that didn't look like acting , and is something that happens when you get knocked out.

I have to agree with this one. That Owen counter of the victory roll into the pin shocked everyone and really put him over.

Brody/Abdullah was fun, but wassup with Fritz Von Erich pulling off the superman act. First he knocks out Abby for the Brody pin, and then he destroys both Abby and Gary Hart after the match. Give me a break. I'm watching Hardcore Heaven 97 and its fun so far, but oh boy that finsh to Taz vs. Candido is just awful. Just so corny.

Is anyone else besides me a little dissapointed that there is no sign of ANY Halloween Havoc events for OCtober? I was hoping they'd have one of those at some point next month.

I'm definitely picking this bad boy up when it comes out. I have a PS3 and will be playing it non-stop. I still have Fire Pro D for the Dreamcast, and Fire Pro Six Man Scramble for the Saturn. They're the only reason why I still have those systems, and have kept them in mint condition.

Not for nothing, I know HBK is known for his political history, but he was in the right here. He was one of the top people on the roster and Hogan is this once a year broken down old man. Hogan had no right going over in that match.

I think it's stupid when Wrestler A is at the top, and wrestler B is getting up...turns around....sees Wrestler A standing at the top turnbuckle and just stands there for what seems like 5 minutes until wrestler A hits his move off the top. I also can't stand when a spot is missed and it's either sold stupidly, or repeated exactly RIGHT AFTERWARDS. Examples.....Jeff Hardy dropkicking Matt Hardy at the Royal Rumble a few years ago and Matt selling it like death......5 seconds AFTER it was supposedly hit. Then you have Randy Orton whiffing on his RKO to JEricho a few years back, just to see him get right back up and do the same shit again, as JEricho stands there like a fuckin moron and takes the RKO the second time. Talk about exposing the business.

Orton definitely needs new music and entrance, and that No Mercy poster of him is awesome. He needs something dark and slow, not a monster theme like Snitsky, but something sinister and evil.

And to top it off she looks equally horrible dancing to it.

I just checked out the Summerslam 97 show. I was actually at that ppv and was sitting directly above the entranceway. It's strange seeing Pillman at that point still limping so noticeably. It was weird because he would perform a move off the tope with no problem, but then limp when he was just walking or getting up from the mat.

I'm with you on what you say, but I think you might be a little bit off on the Bulldog thing. I honestly thin k that JR was referring to the last run the Bulldogd had where he would wear the jeans to wrestle was "bizaaaaaaaaaaaaare" and was placed in the main event scene, even though he couldn't work worth a shit at that point. Bulldog was a very solid worker up until 96 or so, but his last run in WWE was pure garbage and I think that's the shot that JR is making. In unrelated stuff, I'm watching the Boston Garden show on big Ones from '85' and I'm into the 4th match. You want to talk about a stinker so far? Good lord, I just saw King Tonga, Corporal Kirshner, and David Sammartino win the first 3 matches........in 3 god awful, awkward matches. Talk about your terrible workrate, I can't blame the crowd for being totally silent so far.

I agree with a lot of what you say, but I think you failed to mention that Michael Hayes also gives Bischoff ALOT of props on several subjects, and even numerous times says he would do the same exact thing and doesn't blame him for some of the things he did.
