Damn, this makes me think of those vignettes and promos Benoit used to have when he came back from injury in 2003 or 2004 I believe. The ones where he seems insane and is laughing and showing sinister smiles in the mirror. They were pretty scary back then, but now it makes you wonder if that was the real him.

Actually, that's the only ting that makes me a little/tiny bit better. As in " I did an awful thing but I hope they at least go to heaven" sort of thing. Hoping that Benoit had at least one moment of clarity/lucidity before he died. Get the hell out of here? that makes it even more sick. You don't kill your own blood and your wife, and then put a bible next to them to hope they get in heaven.

I know AP confirmed that he strangled Nancy and smothered his son........but what are the "bizarre" facts about the case that the investigator was talknig about. What he did is sick, but bizarre? It happens all the time. I'm waiting for an unusual part of the story to unmask.

Uuum, you don't think Benoit couldn't just lie to his 7 year old son as to his mother's whereabouts? It's not like his son was an investigator or something. A child can be fooled and lied to pretty easily. They ARE gullible and trusting. Also, why did it HAVE to be premeditated? And why would he wait for his other son to be home. His other son has a different mother and I don't think he ws planning to wait to kill EVERYONE he's related to.

I have a feeling we're gonna hear more sick and despicable things before this is all said and done. Obviously the guy was out of his mind and I don't even want to think about all of the other things he could have done before taking his own life.

I think the autospy results will released soon. Toxicology will take more than two weeks. The autopsy results may be ready as early as 1PM est today. They will reveal if there was any trauma, any struggle, and hopefully what happened. The toxicology report is the one that takes a few weeks. that will determine drugs, chemicals, poison, alcohol, or anything uncommon in the bloodstream or body.

I think you should speak with a professional about it.......these are serious problems alot of people aren't aware of the severity of them......it causes normal people to do something that Benoit has likely done here....It's far more serious an issue than you make it out to be here where you are basically like "fuck him he should be able to control that" It's akin to being normal for the most part but blacking out like being drunk and waking up..... Do you understand what clinical depression and dementia are? This is more a general post than a comment on Benoit, Like I was saying earlier it seems people have very little sympathy for these people like they all should be able to control these problems and they're just fuck ups and it's nothing serious.......it's really not like that at all. I understand what you're saying,b ut I also don't need a lecture on mental illness. I'm a psychology major and one of my good friends is a diagnosed schizophrenic so I know a good amount of mental illness. I'm not ssaying to dismiss his illness IF there is in fact one. I see alot of comments saying "well, maybe he was mentally ill" "maybe it was the roids" "maybe it was post concussion dementia".........it doesn't matter. If the guy actually killed his family then there is no excuse or any way to make him seem better or forgivable in any light.

Has their ever been a story as terrible as this one in pro wrestling? I mean, there was the Bruisy Brody story but this one is worse because it involves a man killing his own wife, and son, and then taking his own life (if the reports are true). What I want to know is why kill your wife on Saturday, then kill your son the next day, and then proceed to kill yourself the day after that. That doesn't make any sense. Wouldn't his son have noticed Nancy being dead on Saturday?

Hard to do that if Nancy was indeed killed on Saturday and Daniel on Sunday. I can see the next rebuttal now... "But wait...wait.........maybe Daniel killed Nancy and then Chris got home and saw that his son killed his wife, and ended up killing his son in defense. Then he couldn't live with what he did and killed himself." or "Maybe Nancy killed herself, and then when her son noticed he killed himself....and then when Benoit came home and saw both of them dead he killed himself too"

Whether he did murder them, or it was an accident. Benoit still deserves a tribute. He may have become unstable, and yes the WWE should make a statement disclaiming what Benoit did was wrong, but he was a friend to everyone backstage, and what happened was not the real Chris Benoit everyone knew on the road. You're saying that even if it was found that he killed his own wife and son, that he should STILL get a tribute. You must be smoking some good shit. That would be like Rae Carruth in the NFL. Give me a fuckin break, and wake up. IF he killed his family he was OBVIOUSLY mentally disturbed. He deserves to be remembered for his contributions and should serve as a reminder that anyone can snap. Obviously huh? Same here...i just got home and flipped on Raw and I see the WM 20 match with a "remembering Chris Benoit" caption on the side. I couldn't believe it, so I came here right away and saw this crazy shit. This is crazy
