You never saw Waylon Mercy. I second this........Waylon Mercy, imo, was one of the best characters ever in WWE (cape fear rip-off), but that thing that made it so amazing was the way Dan Spivey played it. He played it PERFECTLY. From the smiles, and calm voice walking down the aisle, to the shaking hands, to the face he would make when he would put on the sleeper. The character, person playing it, wardrobe, and music were all terrific.

FYI, I believe it was Booker T and Goldust getting the beatdown. Anyways, yes that was an awesome moment. I remember when they teased Kane's return to start with. It had been about 3 straight weeks of "The Fire Still Burns" videos, and to be honest, I was getting a little tired of the buildup and I wanted Kane to hurry up and come back. So, when he actually did come out after the initial teaser, it was quite badass. Also, wasn't this the first time he wore the outfit with the half-mask with the buckles and straps all over it? Say what you will about Test, but he sold the chokeslam like death. He got at least 9 or 10 feet in the air. You're correct about Booker T and Goldust....my bad......RVD and Dreamer d\fought in a hardcore title match that night. Anyway, yeah it was the debut of Kane's new attire and mask. I remember a lot of people were saying it wasn't the same guy at the end of the night when we were leaving the arena.

One I haven't seen mentioned yet and deserves and honorable mention is Kane's return in August 2002 on Raw in MSG, the night after Summerslam. I was there live. For a few weeks the WWE had been setting off the pyro during a match every week and it would be a promo that Kane is coming.....but he wouldn't be there. On this night, The Un-Americans were beating up on 2 faces ( maybe RVD and Dreamer) and they were about to set the US Flag on fire as Test had a blowtorch. All of a sudden the pyro goes off and the crowd goes crazy, but it was just another little promo with "The Fire Still burns on the Titantron". Then, about 1 minute later the pyro goes off again and the crowd didn't react as loudly........but then Kane's entrance music played and when he started making his way down the ramp the crowd (including myself) went ABSOLUTELY INSANE. The loudest pop i've ever heard in a live event i was at. It was unreal

Well, get ready to buy the game then. Career mode, as said before starts with your player invited to spring training. After that when the season starts your contract may be picked up by the minor league team of the team you picked. I was a third baseman and started in AA until i was tearing it up and called up to AAA after about 2 months. I'm currently in AAA right now but am struggling a bit. Eventually, the big team will call you up or you can request it. Some of the things you can do in career mode by pressing a button: 1)Request more playing time 2) Ask to be moved up in the lineup 3) Complain about the manager 4) Go behind your teams back and tell the media what goes on behind the scenes 5) Ask to be traded 6) Ask to be called up 7) Call a players only team meeting 8) Meet with your manager and tell him you're not seeing eye to eye with him. among some others i can't recall right now. It's pretty realistic because i went and teold the media what goes on behind the scenes, and all of a sudden i was playing once or twice every 4 days or so. I got benched. I complained once to see what would happen, and the team released me. Let me know if you guys have any other questions

I second this opinion. MLB 06: The Show is the best realistic baseball since High Heat went away. The ball physics are realistic, as are the player models and attributes. You'll have a couple of players off a little (Like underrating how hard Eric Gagne throws), but all in all it's a fantastic baseball experience and I absolutely love it so far. Every game mode, imo, is very good. If you want to get arcadey you have the King of the diamond which is a ton of fun. You have the fantastic franchise mode, where you can handle EVERYTHING in an orginization, including finances and ballpark maintenance. Then you have the career mode which you create a player and work your way up to the bigs. Very fun. The thing I like about it is that you can skip the game and just go to all of your at bats only. I would definitely recommend this game for any hardcore, baseball fan looking for a realistic fun experience. Why are you still reading this?.........go cop that shit right now, it's worth it

Awesome main event. Taker had his working boots on tonight. Please, please get Orton out of the WM main event. This guy just doesn't have it. He's a decent midcarder, but can't cut it as a main event. I'd rather see Taker vs. Angle again at WM.
