I'm gonna have to say "Generation K" for the Mets as well. The Big 3, Pulsipher, Wilson, Isringhausen. At least Izzy had a very good rookie year (9-2 2.81), but was disgusting the year after. He's turned out to be a strong closer though, but was supposed to be a dominant starter. You could tell Pulsipher and Wilson were garbage as soon as they were both brough up to the Mets. Wilson, to his credit has become a mediocre starter at best, but nowhere near the hype. Pulsipher is out of baseball all together and never did a damn thing

Holy shit, for anyone that has HBO, they had the story of these 2 on a show called "Autopsy" a year ago or so. It's a show about killings and how the person performing the autopsy finds clues about what happened by things found in the autopsy. the little sister that dies had burn marks on her face from the acid of the vomit, they showed pictures of it and it was disgusting.

the puppeteer death was one of the most classic ever, but the effect is totally lost if you see the edited version, so everyone who hasn't seen it yet, make sure to see the movie on dvd/vhs and not on regular cable channels. I remember that game.....The eighth inning was a nightmare for the Yanks and I remember feeling so bad for Hawkins. They looked like a circus show One of my WTF moments has to be the anticipated boxing match between Jameel McCline vs. Michael Grant. The bell rings to start the fight in the 1st round, McCline comes in, throws one right straight, knocks Michael Grant down, Grant gets up and then as he recovers discovered that his fuckin ankle is broken. There goes Michael Grants career. One of the weirdest things i've ever seen.

What a piece of shit signing that was by the Mets. I knew it wasn't gonna work out. You could clearly see after that great 1st half of 2002 that Glavine is losing it quickly. I got 2..... I was all happy when the Giants led SF 38-14 in the third quarter of a playoff game in 03. Just to watch the 49ers score 25 unanswered points to win the game, topped with a botched FG attempt, and a MISSED interference call on that last play...good lord Mets down 5-0 early to Atlanta in Game 6 og the 99 playoffs. the mets were down 3 games to 0 and came back to win the next 2. In game 6 they actually came back and had the lead in the 9th inning just to watch fuckin Armando Benitez blow the save, and Kenny Rogers walk in the winning run in extra innings.....damnit!!
