Not always SCARY (it often goes for the psychological thriller motif) but Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. As you start going insane the game REALLY fucks with you. Plus the first visit to the bathroom nearly caused me to jump out of my chair.

Yeah, that did surprise me. But they did leave it vague...meaning maybe it did happen that way, maybe it didn't. I loved "Back and Forth". The cameos by Colin Firth and Rik Mayall were especially amusing. Kate Moss was...there.

dying in the last episode of Blackadder. Well, I suppose it's one way to send off the show. Just so jarring compared to the rest of the series. Very melancholy finale.

Irresponsible Captain Tylor? One of my favorites. Not the OVA's though. They kinda go all over the place. The show though, man it's a classic. The last episode is probably my favorite episode of an anime anywhere. The use of classical music in the finale gets me smiling every time. And really, any anime that has a hockey mask clad character named "Jason" that runs around with a chainsaw can't be all bad.

I want to check it out but the reviews have me worried. I normally don't give a crap what critics have to say, but they're so uniform in their comments about the movie (bad characterizations, a tacked on ending that's out of place) that I'm afraid they're on to something. I'll probably still go watch it assuming I ever get a day off work (which may not be until Super Bowl Sunday).

Yeah Cherry looked a lot better this week. I do like the team. Campy fun with the entrance and the do-wop theme, and I like their brawling style. It fits the gimmick.

Double Dragon 2 was fairly easy for me once I learned how to do the jumping knee (or elbow, never really did figure it out). That move would send most opponents flying across the screen and would work on multiple enemies. A judicious use of that move got me through that game.

The US missions on Call of Duty 2 on Veteran status. the German's turned into sharpshooters and headshot me constantly.

Odd. I haven't had any problems with uTorrent since the update. Of course, the only things I've had a chance to download have been .hack//SIGN and .hack//ROOTS. Playing the first game in the new .hack series got me interested in the extended universe. Had to figure out how the hell Haseo got to where he was.
