Yeah they would tank if Goldberg was champ for that reason, but I think that is why HHH does not have a huge problem with losing to Goldberg. Between that and a potential blowup, HHH's spot on top is still safe for the long term.

Goldberg will lose to HHH at Summerslam and then beat him at the Raw PPV Unforgiven, and injure HHH, he will miss the rest of September and October for his wedding. In the meantime the ratings will probably tank because Goldberg has already beat two of the top heels on Raw Christian and Jericho, so there won't be a lot of viewer intrigue. HHH will come back, and if ratings are down will win the title back at Survivor Series. Ratings will go up .1 and HHH will once again enjoy another long reign. Just like Hogan in WCW in 99-00, leave and then come back to "pop" the ratings.

Well it looks like any Chicago PG to Denver for the 3rd pick deal is out now. The only way I see Denver still doing a deal is if they throw Eddy Curry as the player to go with the 7th pick. I know it is a lofty comparision, but I really see a young Kevin Garnett in Chris Bosh, and although Toronto has Carter and Davis I would still take Bosh because I think he has the most potential to be a superstar player, and since there's only 5 spots instead of the 22 for football, you almost always have to take the best player.
