At this store they are selling used DVD's for 14.99 or 2 for $25. The three WWE DVD's they have are Action!, Backlash 2002, and Judgment Day 2001. Now I know the cards for Backlash & Judgment Day, but could someone list the matches for Action and is it worth buying in general? I remember someone saying there is a Austin-Angle match from Raw but what are the others?

I would also request the ACT-SAT preparation Siegfried/Roy questions.

Yeah I forgot about that one. I guess that one would be at the top of my "Drove a couple hours and paid 80 bucks to see worst PPV thread"

All right I know the worst PPV ever thread has been done before, but since I did not order KOTR 95 I was not really offended by it since the rental cost was only a couple bucks, but what was the worst PPV you actually shelled out the big bucks for? My trifecta. 1. Road Wild 98: Easily the worst in my opinion, the annoying main event and Goldberg battle royal were not as bad to me as the Meng-Barbarian, Steve McMichael-Brian Adams, Public Enemy-Disco/Alex Wright, Stevie Ray-Chavo matches. The worst was that those matches were not announced until the WCW Saturday Night show right before the PPV. 2. Superbrawl V: Even before any smark days Duggan-Buck, Rhodes-Darsow, & Nastys-Heat are just not exciting. 3. World War 3 (1998): Not a great card, and it seemed like everybody just mailed it in.

I know this is a May sweeps ploy, and I think it could be funny for a segment, but will this work for an hour?

On Darius Miles, I wonder what his high school stats were, because he always seemed overrated to me. And I am not ragging on HS kids who jumpp to the NBA because they have about a 45% success rate, and hell if you can get picked top 3 like Miles go for it. But what was his range in high school, besides dunking? Even longer range shots you have to take into account that 3 point lines were shorter or that he probably had guys that were 6"3 guarding him. I just don't know how overrated he was. I would totally agree on the Lamar Odom comment though.

Raw's ratings better not go up in September.

Keith Waleskowski of University of Dayton is gonna be the next guy on this list next year, some how he'll get into the league. I would have to say that Barkley should be on the list because 6"6 was generous and he always guarded 4's.

Does anybody else think that health-wise it would be bad to have Benoit in the ladder match? I know he's been back for about a year, but is it worth taking that risk?

While I do not think they look terrible, I have a hard time seeing Hawk as 250 pounds.

That's basically a disclaimer after Pepsi Blue cost them millions earlier. If MD: Livewire sells well it'll be around after the summer. As for the drink, I'll say it was average.

Or Shane could "hug" him to death like in Gladiator. But I don't even know if Shane is the answer.

Gotta get my picks in before this game ends. New Jersey in 7 Anaheim in 6

Hey everybody, sorry if these questions have been posed, but I haven't seen them. In Before They Were Superstars 2, it talks about all of those debut matches. What was Shawn's debut match, and who was Jericho's WCW debut match? Also I know from the other Rey Mysterio thread it has four of the matches confirmed. Since there's about 2 1/2 weeks left have any more been announced? Thanks.

Oh yeah, the comments during the Brunzell-Flair match was great!
-
I know there have been many Bobby Heenan threads, but I don't know if he has been any better than at Royal Rumble 92. His comments are the only thing that prevents the FF button during the Bushwhacker match. And of course it is safe to say that the commentary during the Rumble match was lengendary. Any other PPV's where he was on his game the whole show?

When I was 7, during WCW Saturday Night, there was a commercial for a remake of The Blob, and the guy got sucked down his sink. I was literally crying for awhile and was scared to go to the sink. Was it lame, yes, but have I seen the movie since it came out in 1988........nope. Also speaking of sinks, we fixed up our shower and I had noticed a bunch of ants crawling around the bathroom, later when I turned the shower on about 8 came out of the faucet. So have something attack or come out of a faucet and I'm scared shitless!

When you talk about St. Louis's good goalies you mean good until April right?
-
Unless Eddy & Kurt got a growth spurt left in them, or Vince has another daughter this idea won't work. Seriously though if your leaders aren't making money with their angles why would anyone else in the locker room be inspired/listen to them?
-
Well, at least they won't toy with anybody's expectations and have him be serious before turning him into a joke.

Was it the 4 way tag match on Raw last October?
