First of all the team they had on the court right now was in no way winning a title. Eric Williams was not coming back next year so at least they got something for him. Tony Battie has, and always will have, bad knees and is one of the slowest tall thin guys I have ever seen. Kedrick Brown, sure he might be good someday, but I doubt it. All the kid ever showed he could do was jump...and play defense sometimes. Ricky Davis could be different coming to a city like this and playing on a team in which is already established as being Paul Pierce's team. As long as he knows his role and shuts his mouth all will be good in a couple m ore years of Ainge fixing this team.

Also, in case you don't feel like looking back over previous posts of mine, A-Rod is not coming to Boston this year because there is no logical explanation that could justify it. Manny is not a detriment to the Voston red Sox despite what the local Media would like us to believe. When his teamates go on the record as saying they like Manny despite his quirky ways I tend to believe that over media speculation. In fact, here's a little rule of mine pertaining to the Media on ANY subject: Never believe anything unless it's a story about something that has actually happened. PS. Williamson or Kim will be dealt or non-tendered. Reason being Williamson has said publicly that he only wants to start or close. Therefore they either start him #5 and let Kim go, or start Kim #5 and let Willy go. Theo says Williamson deserves to close, so he will send him somewhere he can do just that. Unfortunate as that is, they may be able to get that defensive Second Baseman.
