What killed grunge? The 14 year old kids that based their lives on it grew up, got a job and began living in the real world. I didn't want to say it but hey, there you go.

The votes don't matter. Who's better to 1, 374, 892 people who have been watching wrestling their entire life doesn't change the truth.
-
And that, my friends, is the end of this "debate".
-
Of course! Manchester in May, Reading Festival in August.

Got my tickets for the Glasgow gig. I can't wait. Morrissey is truly a god among men.
-
Yes, he can just go out there and do something he hasn't done for almost 15 years whenever he feels.
-
I've no problem saying that HHH is one of the best wrestlers in the company. He's about on a par with Michaels and Angle. None of them, however, are even close to Benoit or Eddie.
-
No, it's because he isn't one of the best.
-
Then you're both nuts.

I think the point of the thread Morrissey, is the current conspiracy theory is that the WWE gave Jericho the Intercontinental title simply so he could not be voted to face HHH for the title. That doesn't make any sense. HHH is in a world title fued with Randy Orton, and has been for a month or so now. You're saying that it is a conspiracy theory that Jericho was given the IC title so that he can't face HHH for the World title? You are aware that WWE don't have to justify why you're favourite wrestler isn't in the world title picture at any given time.

I don't get the point of this thread. Why is "Y2J won't wrestle HHH at Taboo Tuesday" worthy of discussion? Why would they be wrestling? Y2J (vs Christian/Michaels) and HHH (vs Orton) are both already in separate fueds leading to the PPV.

Krazykat72 and geniusMoment are correct. Rrrsh, you clearly have no clue what you're talking about.
-
Rebuttal: Flair should never wrestle again as in EVERY SINGLE MATCH he's wrestled he's done THE EXACT SAME SPOTS EV-ER-Y FUCK-ING TIME.

They were pretty fookin good when I saw them at T In The Park this year.

When you're talking about 80's music, The Smiths are really the only band you can consider. This list is a bit poor all the same as the only other band on there deserving of their mention are New Order. The Clash were, obviously, also a great band, however their 80's work isn't exactly anything special. There are also a number of glaring omissions from the list (U2, The Cure) which are rather unforgivable.

Can't a man innocently express his jealousy at not getting Glastonbury tickets these days?

Then why didn't Green Day get booed off, too? That is, of course, a good question. I didn't claim that Reading was perfect. As you can see for yourselves their was a load of dross on show all weekend (50 Cent and The Darkness being about the worst) and not all of it was treated as harshly as it should have been. However, it remains unquestionably the best festival in the UK.
-
Just for being as awful as they are, I suppose. Reading is, after all, the only remaining music festival with good taste.
-
Maybe some people like different kinds of music? Maybe they do. But please, tell them to stop it.

Kerrang is pretty much considered a joke over here. Very much like the bands they give the most coverage to (The Darkness, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park etc.)

1) The WWE product is better now than it was one year ago: True 2) The WWE product is better now than it was three years ago: False 3) The WWE product is better now than it is five years ago: False 4) I believe the in-ring product has improved in the last three years: False 5) I believe the storylines/feuds/angles have improved in the last three years: False 6) I wish WCW and ECW were still in existence: True 7) The WWE will have no real competition in the next five years: True 8) It was smart for the WWE to go to a "less is more" in ring style: False 9) I believe the RAW brand is superior to Smackdown: True 10) If I could convince Vince Macmahon to push one guy on either roster to the moon, it would be: Rob Van Dam
