Welcome to the Trump Organization, Randel. This was his first big moment as an employee and he misread Trump's signals. He made a selfish move that had nothing to do with business. It had everything to do with media whorism and a stupid Highlander cliché.

Randel didn't lose a single thing if Trump hired Rebecca. He won. He was the Apprentice. He had the job of his choice. By denying Rebecca a job within the Trump Organization, he altered her professional future in one quick moment, all because of media whorism. That was a dick move.
