I would love for the big three X guys just move over (not up) to the World Title picture and have a new crop of X division elites having programs on Impact.

I just hope this is gonna be a new era, not just a time where Christian holds a belt until primetime. We need to see Christian vs all those that Jarrett beat for a fresher main event program. I'd like to see some pics of the crowd running in. Sounded fun.

If Goldberg and Brown no sold each other's finishers in a match (within context of the match), I'd mark out.

Sabin's new look takes a bit to get used to, but I think it adds a bit to his character...you know, if TNA would let him have one. Sabin and Dutt and someone else can make a fun trio to battle Next Gen for a real feud.

Again with the bad sounding Impacts, but as always, it may just end up better as it seems.

I'd love 2 hours just so they'd fit in more of the wrestlers, but this is fantastic news anyway. PWTorch said TNA got a 1.1 Saturday, which is great. But they also said they got over a 1.0 in October. Is that true? Because all this time everyone was wondering when they would get over 1.0, acting like it never happened.

A first blood match should be for Joe and Daniels seeing as how they had the blood on a towel prop for a month or so.

They weren't gonna compete directly with the WWE. There isn't gonna be a RAW on that night. It wouldn't have hurt for TNA to have wrestling fans that night flip to their programming looking for some wrestling.

Very interesting. Once again, TNA shows they've got their core audience watching.

I love it that Sting says he's willing to help out. Doesn't sound like too much of an ego. If he's willing to help out, then good news for TNA and their rising stars.

Per PWI: The 12/31 New Year's Eve edition of TNA Impact, which aired at in a special timeslot of 8 PM Eastern, scored a a 0.8 cable rating with a 1.5 share. TNA's midnight 30 minute edition of Impact featuring the announcement of Sting's debut and AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels challenging NWA World Tag Team champions America's Most Wanted scored a 0.7 cable rating with a 1.6 share. The Monday night replay of each, which aired in a 90 minute block on 1/2, scored a 0.5 cable rating with a 1.4 share. ----------------- I truly thought it could possibly go as low as .5 or .6...but it shows that the fans that TNA has will continue to watch. Good news that the ratings stayed the same, though in the earlier timeslot...but a .7 at midnight is also good.

I'd be watching Smackdown right now if the show was being aired unedited like that instead of this interesting King Tut archeaology dig movie on History Channel. Actually, I just watched the video...the more embarrassing part was Henry trying to fit the door into the cage and struggling. Opening up the door the hardway was pretty impressive.

Just wanted to say that I got all of season one and downloaded all of season two so far last week and I am just amazed by this show. I knew it was supposed to be good, but damn, it's sweet and I can't get enough of it...watched like 30 eps in 4 days. Can't wait until the second season where I'll have to make my decision on which show to tape and which show to watch live...Lost or this.

I just think it lessened the ballot stuff if they don't show. I mean, there's still stuffing, but I don't think as much if Joe fans are seeing that he's down and goes ahead and keeps voting. Plus it's more climatic this way.

I think I've read reports that Homicide will be put in tag matches to protect his injury.

They were just pissed because of Jarrett. I'm sure if it was a matter of just Brown and AMW, etc, without Jarrett, the chants wouldn't have been so bad.

Shelly, Aries, and Strong in a heel group with a push??? That is a good thing. I can see them feuding with Bentley, Sabin, and Dutt. Should be really good if it happens. The Orlando crowd just plain hates JJ and everything he does results in a boring chant. Yea, it's pretty funny that one second in, he gets these chants, but sometimes, I feel like they should just play along. Booing AJ Styles? C'mon, yes Joe got screwed, but it's not like it's TNA's fault. Blame the fans who voted.

Hey, Mike's back with more hatred than ever! Haven't seen you for a while. That AJ Styles/Tanahashi match has been officially announced on the website. I don't mind it one bit that TNA is trying to have a showcase match once in a while. The main event should be Joe/Daniels. But the tag match to end the show will be interesting...I think Monty's the only one that can take the fall.

Hasn't it been over a year an a half since Sting was in TNA? Anyway, I liked that the Gayda-Kim storyline is finally a storyline. Hebner as a "consultant"? I guess that's fine as long as it doesn't prompt a Zybsyko type feud with a wrestler.

Bush league to me is that first two weeks when TNA moved into the "Asylum". The lights were dim and everything looked thrown together right there. At least Impact now has what Worldwide didn't have...PYRO! I dunno about making Brown a comedy guy...but the idea of a sudden pounce into a car is hilarious. A la Kanyon Kutter.

Waltman surprised me in his match with Raven in the summer. I really enjoyed it. If he's back, I just hope he doesn't bail or cost too much. I think Thursday nights would be cool...better than Saturday nights for most people I know, including myself.
