I give tonight's show $6.90/$10. Decent, not great. The upcoming Triple Chance Tourney should be fun, though.
-
I'm sick today and I'll go watch...just...because, I'll get it free. Plus, crappy cards given to us are usually decent-good shows, so I'll give it a look.
-
He won it in an open ladder match, coming in at the last second.
-
Freedom of expression...yea, that's good and everything but maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks people in the audience shouldn't throw stuff into the ring. About the Raven thing, well, I disagree. That's all.
-
I'd probably remove the heel section too if they threw crap into the ring.
-
Jarrett was gonna win tonight anyway, so meh to that. I thought AJ looked all right, considering a kickout to a Stroke off a chair and Jarrett having to win with the belt. All that aside, a good show for me. I was entertained for the most part. And for the life of me I still don't know how Heavy D is cheered more so than AJ.
-
If Styles wins, then that would mean he and JJ will feud some more to set up a future match for the title. But then Jarrett would have already had his title shot and must find a way to get another.
-
Well, I hope they don't really cancel it just for one guy, even though Hogan was the selling point. Dammit...I really hope AJ goes over Jarrett now.
-
Hm...Chris Sabin looks to be turning face. And Styles too maybe, so that's something.

Gilberti as commentator is good. For some reason, I cracked up when he said that Don West's shirt was purple. West: It's royal blue by the way.

On Empire Sports Network, you can watch Xplosion followed by IWA. Nice two hours of wrestling right there.
-
I don't think I would have that much of a problem with the Styles going down to the X division if it weren't that so far, the X title feels like a lesser title than the World's. In the beginning, it was that both were equal, but I just don't feel the same way. Maybe it's because they're almost jerking the curtain recently. I guess though that's why Styles is going back. And I can't complain about some of the matches that we're gonna see.
-
I don't think TNA is trying to get out of the NWA name. Didn't they sign a ten year contract or something?
-
Yea, Jarrett's a good worker. I guess if he wasn't I'd mind a bit more. But hey, he's a reason why AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels and all these other guys I enjoy watching are on my television set every Wednesday.
-
The Piper thing was funny. I can just imagine JB getting pissed trying to make sense of the man. One less Harris Bros is a good thing. Who was the better of the two? I know one of them had at least one or two moves.
-
I have to reserve judgement on if the Redshirts can wrestle. They look huge and have great power moves, but you can't really tell if they're good enough with them against two smaller guys and Erik Watts.

I thought tonight's show was satisfying, and seeing the Cubs lose so far is making tonight a good one for me. Sojay Dutt, very nice. He was awesome. 630 was a neat thing to see. I think it would've been better if I hadn't heard its hype and tried to figure out how many turns in the air that would take, taking the surprise out of it. I thought Daniels dumped his followers already and would've brought his "brothers" in tonight, guess we'll have to wait. Russo getting his ass kicked is enjoyable. And btw, everytime I hear about the Japanese press, do they mean the press of newspapers or things like Observer or Torch and wrestling mags?
-
You gotta give props to TNA for making just an otherwise meh match up to a very cool storyline.
-
After last week's Styles/Rhodes match, I wouldn't mind a mindless spot fest tomorrow night.
-
Meh, I knew Jarrett would probably win it back. I'll put up with another reign of his if it means the belt will change hands to Raven or Styles again...as long as this time, the champ's booked strongly.
-
Douglas was in this video editing room or something in a black and white promo "paid for by the Franchise Shane Douglas" talking something about making a Franchise out of someone outside the business or something.
-
I call the moms! Anyway, I liked tonight's show except for the stupid main event with drunken Russo. Dusty should not even seem to win like that. Kazarian was better tonight, probably due to the great one that is The Fallen Angel. At least he's got a gimmick that makes him seem charismatic. And the Franchise thing is...eh, I'll wait and see to make a judgement on it, seeing as how I don't know what they're going with.

The Super Sunday Terrific Fantastic Mega Event Show Or something like Fusion.
-
Back to the actual subject, I really don't like Hogan. But I have to admit, this is big news for TNA. And if it means they get a TV deal sometime in the future, put him on my PPV broadcast next month.

So could Styles's shoving Russo and Jarrett's yelling with Dusty be meaning a double turn could happen? I hope so.
