Yea, the show before it is horrible. I mean, I only see the last 2 minutes of it, but it's just horrible.

Only thing I was kinda meh about was Lethal talking about "going for it all" as in the World Title is more important. Maybe it is in our minds, but it shouldn't be said on tv. I dunno how Lethal could've said anything that would make both belts seem equal at the same time going after the world title though. Maybe like, the X title is just as prestigious, but I'd rather grab some gold AND take out the cancer as well.

Well, it was time for Roode to start rebuilding himself as a main event type guy, so I liked it. If only TNA had a TV or NA title...

I like throwing Kazarian back in the mix. He just needs to turn it up a notch. I've never really had a problem with his matches. Rhino vs Monty was how it should've been booked. The Team Canada segment felt like it should've been on the next Impact with Team Canada should have been split apart at a ppv considering how long they've been together. However it wasn't really possible considering the guys who did take them out had other stuff to do. Eric Young is fantastic. Hotstuff Hernandez looked great. Really enjoyed that match with Killings/Dutt. AMV vs Daniels/Styles was good. Not as good as previous encounters, but it was good. Picked up in the end there. As sophomoric it may be, I did laugh at the menage a trois set up. The 3D vs James Gang was entertaining. Felt the main event was lackluster, but you could just feel the Christian turn coming closer and closer each week. Give me Sting winning the belt, then dropping it to Joe and I'll be happy. Give me Jarrett retaining the belt, then dropping it to Joe and I'll be happy. Bound for Glory in Detroit...awesome news. About time. We'll see how other crowds will react to TNA finally.

Eh, I prefer Joe/Sting over Joe/Jarrett any day of the week. If Joe is gonna end Jarrett's run, it's not like it's the nail in the coffin of any more of Jarrett's title reigns anyway. Somehow he'll get the belt back.

I want Joe's win to come at Bound For Glory. Maybe Sting wins the four way, defeats Jarrett at the next ppv and becomes a transitional champ, losing to Joe. Money match at the biggest show.

Yea I read that too. But Monty started his win streak and made such a big deal about it just starting at the last ppv. I'm guessing some sort of non-finish to end it.

He's bashing the WWE for bringing it back and not having it the way it's supposed to be. Yea he brought back mention of ECW and its past, but he only did that to put it away for good with the burning. I've been reading around and there's not as much backlash of this angle that I thought it would have. I liked it and I'm interested to see a more agressive and meaner Rhino. I dunno if you can have Monty lose here especially with him starting his own win streak just a few weeks ago. Nor do I think Rhino can lose, obviously with this push he's getting.

The point? You nailed it I think. It was to show how ECW sucks. It also got Rhino over with the crowd even more...I don't think I never saw the crowd that noisy for Rhino. It's just one of those things that you either hate a promotion to do or you love it. I personally found it entertaining.

I don't think the point they were trying to make was that it's a new era. I agree that a new era will begin when Joe wins the belt though.

Loved that they started out the show with that. Great stuff, imo. Guess ECW has to shut down now!

Let's just say I hated that Steiner came into TNA. Now, I don't mind seeing him on my tv and I love him versus Joe. Jarrett will put over Joe. He may book himself over his head, but deep deep down, he's a smart business guy that will make the right business decision. Well...there's always that small percent of my feeling that isn't hope. And if JJ pins Joe, I'm hoping for an Impact riot.
