X match was good, a bit slower I thought than previous spotfests TNA puts up for ppvs. But it was still good and the double stomp rules. Kevin Nash wins against Sabin. Sabin didn't look weak, imo. He got Kevin up ready for the Cradle Shock and Shelley interfered to allow the jacknife powerbomb to be hit.

Snap. Shelley says there were 20 guys with guns and knives in that X-match. I believe him. No way he lost cleanly.

The live pre-shows are much more exciting than the past couple of months of taped promos before the ppvs. Monty Brown calls out Samoa Joe in a very awkward promo.

What I find funny is that they changed Nash's music on this show. This was taped along with the past two shows. I guess midway through the tapings TNA finally realized his music sucked.

Damn, that was a good Joe/Steiner segment.

TNA usually has some clips of Impact after the show or the next day. Hopefully this segment will be one of those clips.

Impact is also airing tomorrow as well according to Jarrett on BTR. And this is the Christian everyone wants to see. Screw being the babyface and start making wisecracks and fun of other wrestlers. And you can't say Nash is squashing the X Division. Because he hasn't. Not yet anyway. When he does, then you can say he's squashing them.

PWI says that this isn't an official TNA house show. It's a show that just has TNA stars.

Getting close up there. I wish these house shows have all the success they possibly could have. It'd just hopefully have them start touring for Impact that much quicker.

Mikey Batts had a WWE developmental deal? Did not know. He hasn't been on TNA for like a year, but he's still part of the Impact intro getting pounced.

I have a better appreciation for TNA being able to fit 20 different angles in an hour and somehow making it work and being entertaining. The show tonight was just bad and laughable. Hopefully we won't have a sci-fi character of the week each week...but I dreadfully think we will. ECW with Smackdown audience won't work. Smackdown with ECW audience won't work.

I'm thinking that last sentence was a typo and it was Rhino who got choked out by Joe.

As long as wrestlers are scripted to win over another, I don't think so. And Jarrett was top babyface in the early days. I even rooted for him for a while as he was chasing the belt.

To say TNA isn't even a consideration is retarded, imo. They may not be able to compete head on yet, but they're on tv everyweek and have a lot of great wrestlers on. Plus their PPVs definitely are on par with WWE and then some.

I was just like the crowd during the Steiner/Joe brawl. JUST LET THEM FIGHT. Steiner can still put on a passable match, so that's good. Alex Shelley...I hope this all leads to him beating Nash. I mean, he's the lackey, laughing at the corny jokes, just having fun and going along making fun of the division he's in...gotta be a turn somewhere down the line.

TNA's built up Sting vs Steiner up so well throughout these qualifying matches. Looking forward to just seeing how it plays out.

I guess what happens in the ring is supposed to not include weapons when a DOA is in the ring?

I know some think 3D is stale, but I do enjoy their promos in TNA.
