  1. Atleast everyone didn't have a collective heart attack with this event like they did with the Joey Styles interview a few weeks ago.
  2. Rob Van Dam and Sabu would've been MUCH better.
  3. This needed to happen in Philadelphia.
  4. I had a black screen pop up when it was just Edge and Mick Foley, must be bad weather around the area.
  5. Prostitution is legal in Las Vegas?
  6. This interview is SO HARDCORE that it's messing up the quality.
  7. Could that be the title that Rob Van Dam wins and takes to ECW?
  8. Did that last statement by Foley make any sense?
  9. I guess we'll see Heyman sooner rather than later.
  10. I think TNA could use Homicide as almost a New Jack type character. Everytime there is a brawl have him come to the ring with an assortment of weapons for no other reason than to just kick some ass. If TNA could stick him with a catchy theme song, I could imagine the TNA arena going crazy when his music hits. A plus would be that Homicide is just as effective inside the wrestling ring as he is at hitting you with random objects. He could be big and we already know that he and Samoa Joe can produce great matches together.
  11. Sorry...I think I just creamed myself. That could really be a MOTYC if TNA is able to give it enough time to develop and let all of the guys involved take it to the limit. Also great to hear the news about Samoa Joe, TNA has really built themselves a foundation for when the current batch of main eventers are ready to call it quits.
  12. Dave Meltzer mentioned the possibility of a controversial finish, where both John Cena and Rob Van Dam have an argument that they won the match. This controversy would then serve as the reason for ECW to breakaway from WWE. I suppose John Cena would be awarded the decision and Rob Van Dam and the other ECW guys on the roster would be so fed up with it that they would split away from WWE. Sounds like it would work. It isn't like the ECW guys don't have to reason to hate Vince McMahon anyway. They could easily just say that the ECW guys are tired of being second-fiddle to a bunch of bodybuilders and that Vince McMahon has done everything to try and hold former ECW talent back. If they bring back guys like the Dudley Boyz, Justin Credible, and Spike Dudley, have those guys say that Vince McMahon robbed them of their identity.
  13. There are still about fifty different ways they can tease a DX reunion without it happening.
  14. I really liked Billy Kidman and Rey Mysterio vs. the World's Greatest Tag Team from Vengeance '03. The crowd was into the match at a level I haven't seen in quite a while. Great effort from all four guys and they were able to bust out some impressive spots.
  15. I've always liked Josh Prohibition and M-Dogg 20, both are among the better spot-fest workers you'll find on the independent circuit. They had some great matches against one another in CZW.
  16. The third thing is Battlestar Gallactica. The new one, not the original. ...I guess it's better than when Lexx was on. I heard that show was screwed up. WTF their ship was a dragonfly? Bring back Hercules & Xena damnit! Ghost Hunters and the Twilight Zone are the only shows I'm interested in.
  17. Which would lead to the mutants begging for a Lita/Melina lesbian angle. I would be willing to subject myself to that.
  18. Melina could serve as Mick Foley's Lita.
  19. You think that is a valid reason for WWE not to follow through with it? They did work the angle that you compared it to, Nash/Sid. It sucks, because it will fail and Vince McMahon will view it as proof that only guys like Chris Masters should be on the main event level.
  20. Could WWE possibly consider having Chavo Guerrero turn on Rey Mysterio and having two cruiserweights feud over the heavyweight title?
  21. He was never taken off his feet, if that's what you mean. Oh, and Rey surprised me. JBL was seated in the corner, and I THOUGHT Rey was going to go for the Bronco Buster. Insted, Rey had the referee look out to the crowd, and gave JBL a sliding dropkick to the package. It's what Eddie would've wanted.
  22. Actually it makes sense. It presents UT with a sense of vulnerability and it builds to the rematch where 'Taker reaches to a place he never reached before, deeper then the darkest corners of his heartless soul to slay the demon. Indeed. Plus, it doesn't kill Khali by losing to Taker in a later PPV now... He HAD to have a match against Taker where he didn't look weak. Job done. I applaud this booking, as I really feared Taker would just beat him like he does every other rising star, and Khali rots and dies. Most of the time, the people they build up to face the Undertaker deserve to be defeated quickly and cleanly. WWE loves the "big man vs. big man" match and take every opportunity to make it happen, not matter the ability of the opponent.
  23. Wasn't sure if these matches were posted, but I thought they were pretty interesting. Bam Bam Bigelow and Owen Hart vs. Chris Benoit and Steve Williams http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0nlu16w5vc Jushin Liger vs. Owen Hart http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAUk5_HdFRA That has to be one of the few times Chris Benoit and Owen Hart faced each other in the ring.
