What was the Briscoes' reason for leaving in the first place? I knew a while ago they wanted to compete in college football, but I thought they came back after that and then left again.

Ring of Honor fanboys will hail whatever the surprise is as the greatest event in the history of the world. Unless Ring of Honor has booked God and he will save all of those in attendance, I doubt anything else could live up to the hype.

William Regal, is considered a legend to the wrestling enthusiasts. The mere thought of Regal, nearing the end of his career to make a stop in ROH to work against his protege? is...HUGE. I know this company, I have been following it since it's inception. William Regal would be a huge letdown to anybody who is buying into all of this hype. You would have to be an idiot to be happy about William Regal being this HUGE SURPRISE. Perhaps you orgasm over every little move made by Ring of Honor like it's the work of God, but this promotion makes alot of mistakes. If William Regal is the surprise, that is a big mistake.

They'll likely add a stipulation to make the Edge/Mick Foley match entertaining. Edge/Foley in a hardcore match could be great.

"February 11th in Long Island is going to be a very special night in ROH history." If it's Regal, how exactly would it be a very special night in RoH history. It wouldn't be any more special than Tommy Dreamer at All-Star Extravaganza or Raven's extended run a few years ago. With the buildup, I would expect alot more.

I would be hyped about that ECW DVD, but nearly every match has already been released on DVD before.

I think it's a great move, since they don't have to worry about any competition. They could draw some of the crowd that used to watch Smackdown on Thursday, maybe they're looking for some wrestling to fill their Thursday nights.
