They paid a lot of money for the script written by the guy who wrote Ballistic: Ecks versus Sever. Do they INTEND to fail every new venture they try?

WWE somehow gave us Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho in Canada and killed the crowd on both of them. Bravo.

New Austin Powers movie to start filming next year

I know this, but don't name the movie Goldmember and then make him meaningless after the first half hour. -
I'm predicting it right now. August 7th, 2003 - World Wrestling Entertainment has parted ways with Billy Kidman. We wish this talented performer the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Doink should NOT be there. Bushwhackers I suppose I can tolerate, but NOT Doink.

No, that's not true at all. There are also suburban white boys who THINK they have angst so shit like that is their kind of music. The majority of them are pretentious and believe that they are cool and have good taste when they simply don't.

If the RoH crowd boos Jeff out of the building I'm going to laugh my head off and then promptly order the tape.

Booker T wrestled too, and I still count him as an upper-midcard guy despite the jobbing to Christian-ish-ness.

Well, where in Canada is Morley from? That might have something to do with it...

First off, I didn't care for Goldmember. He had a couple moments, but all in all he added little to the movie despite the fact that he's the TITLE CHARACTER! If he was the main villain as opposed to just being a Dr. Evil stooge, maybe it would have been different. Secondly, there was no reason to bring Fat Bastard back. I could have definitely done without that. I wouldn't have minded seeing him at the end of the movie, but the sumo stuff was just too much. Also, in my opinion Scott Evil was BASTARDIZED. Nothing wrong with character development, and when it started simply with Scott sucking up to his dad it was fine. And then he lost his hair and just became Dr. Evil II. If they want to build him up to be the evil supervillain, that's fine, but I don't want to see him just portraying Dr. Evil Junior and losing everything cool ABOUT Scott Evil. Also, the jokes were re-hashed until they weren't funny anymore. That is the sign of a franchise running out of ideas. Were there good things? Yes. The acting was good and the Godzilla joke was GREAT. Michael Caine was superb as Austin's father and was the one thing they truly did right. Truth is, right when Britney Spears showed up I had a sinking feeling that the franchise had been sucked up in its own fame, and I was right. -

That's interesting. I thought the movie was one of the worst I saw in 2002 (Only beaten by The Tuxedo in terms of sucktitude). I absolutely refuse to watch a fourth one in theatres. If my sister rents it when it comes out on VHS/DVD, then I'll sit down and watch, but Goldmember was completely atrocious with only a couple good moments. -
My friend likes to download bad music and make me listen to it, but he's worked himself into a corner. NOTHING can be worse than Toybox, a band spawned from the disgrace to Scandinavian bands everywhere, Aqua.

Why does this not surprise me?

Nidia's the best TE winner... Nowinski's the best TE finalist. Oh, and I can't believe WWE dropped the ball on Kenny....

Walken AND Arnold are in it? Poor Rocky, his movie's destined to fail. Walken has had ONE hit in the last five years, and Arnold is even worse.

Um, Molly beat Trish Stratus cleanly only two weeks ago.
