... who was a member of the New Church along with SLASH.

The Hurricane: Nice guy, pretty quiet. Met him at an autograph signing. Chris Benoit: Also pretty damn cool, he got a laugh out of me referring to him as Wild Pegasus. Spanky: I yelled "HEY, SPANKY!" at him to grab his attention and he seemed actually pretty grateful to see someone who knew who Spanky was (This was at Axxess before he started using the Spanky name again in WWE). Spanky was awesome and I'm bummed that all these other fans kept getting their photo taken with him (Before even ASKING) and so I had to cut it short, but he made the $40 I spent on Axxess worth it.

Jarrett is a fine wrestler and he can work a mic, definitely. That being said, he's currently boring the hell out of me, which surprises me because I was a total mark for his character in WWF and WCW. But right now he's completely dull and he shouldn't be champ.

Matthews earned my respect by knowing who Brian Danielson, AKA AmDrag, was when he had a match on Velocity. And by saying Jamie "By God" Noble a lot.

Probably an NWA-TNA one from December. This is because I usually try to not spend money on PPVs and get others to pay for me.

Torrie is in some of the worst storylines of all time. Who could get Viagra on a Pole, the feudwith Sable, or AL WILSON?
-
Yeah, Tori was unmasked as the Mystery Ninja. I remember Raven talking about how he didn't like that whole thing and how it was Tori's idea. The HHH/Angle/Steph love triangle is definitely on the top of the heap when it comes to dropped storylines.

Gilbertti has a solid character and mic skills, and is passable in ring. But NOBODY unless they are THE top draw, and even then it's overexposure, should have as much TV time as he did on TNA this week. And the Disco Inferno stigma still stands, PLUS the knowledge that he's on the booking team, and unlike Raven, isn't over enough to be logically put into a main event feud like this. So right now, I definitely do not like Glenn Gilbertti because I'm just so damn sick of him. And I voted that Raven should have won the damn belt in the first place, just because he should have.

I can't think of matches for every year right now, but here's what I can think of.... 1992 - Sting vs. Cactus Jack (Bash at the Beach) 1994 - Bret vs. Owen (Mania) 1996 - HBK vs. Mankind (Mind Games) 1997 - Rey vs. Eddy (Halloween Havoc) 1998 - Rock vs. HHH (Summerslam) 1999 - The Rock vs. Mankind (Rumble) 2000 - HHH vs. Cactus Jack (No Way Out) 2001 - TLC II (Mania) 2002 - Edge vs. Eddy (Smackdown No DQ) 2003 - Benoit vs. Angle (Rumble - So far, but I doubt anything's gonna top that, though Brock vs. Angle and HBK vs. Y2J from Mania come close)

The one and ONLY "I Want To Be A Hulkamaniac"...
Mecha Mummy replied to a topic in General Wrestling
Here's another one - remember at Survivor Series '87, when Andre beat Hulk's team cleanly in the main event SurSer Match? Andre wins, and before he can even celebrate, Hulk attacks him from behind with the belt and poses! What a self-centered jerk. *Runs for his life* -
I'll just miss Buffy. I thought CDM was canceled along time ago. Oh well, I didn't like the show that much anyway. Nope. They're working on the Deathmatch movie that has been rumored since 1999 right now. The last set of regular episodes was last year, and I believe the final show was either the clip show featuring those stupid mutant battles or the Survivor episode which ruled.

So then she can't be entirely to blame for the bad writing. Of course, she can still be on my shit list for even bringing up the idea of a feud with Sable.
-
Saturn's had a solid run. If we're going to include Version 1.0, Saturn should be listed too.
-
The comment on who J-Lo's marrying this week in "Couch Potato" was pretty funny. Not his best work, but the song's pretty good all in all.
-
Does Stephanie do any of the writing herself? I don't really blame her, though the "Steady as she goes" strategy isn't going to help much.
-
Public Enemy were in ECW at the same time as the Raven vs. DREAMER feud...
-
Wow. You defended and made the Ben Gay angle look really good. You are the MAN, Dames.
-
Sadly enough, it will probably be Watts himself.
-
Cuban Assassin got involved in the SABU match at the MLW show on Friday...
-
I'm loving Watt's new character. He's still not a great wrestler by any stretch of the imagination, but I can see what Raven sees in this guy - he's charismatic.
-
New show starring Norm? I'm there.
-
Definitely.
