I heard Make Believe a week ago. It strikes me as one of the worst albums I've heard in ages. I like a grand total of three songs, and even then the lyrics still bite in all of them. It's like River Cuomo got hit in the head with a guitar and magically forgot how to write a song so he put out shit like "My Best Friend" and "We Are All On Drugs."

Didn't BookDust have a title reign? Yeah, but they had a reign AFTER they liked each other, so I don't think they should count. Add Jericho & Rock to the list. Well, yeah, but they also still had absolutely nothing in common.

The one thing I like about Masters is his entrance. He does his entrance EXCELLENTLY.

"Captain's Log: Scotty got membership to AARP. Refuses to engage warp drive. Stuck at 35 miles per hour. Must take disciplinary action." I thought Star Trek was okay, but I don't care for anything outside of the original series and MAYBE TNG, so meh.

They have a portion of that segment on WWE.com. Go to the Raw Superstars roster, click on Christian, click on Videos, and look for it. They don't include the entire segment, but I do know they have the Christian/Tomko "Give me a beat" part. Thanks. Pretty funny stuff.

Does anyone have Christian's rap at the Royal Rumble with his "Gimme a beat!" line included? I've seen it without, but I REALLY want to see that exchange between Christian and Tomko.

Hillary Duff as Anne Frank was hysterical, yet also completely horrifying. Loved it. I wouldn't say it's the best episode of Robot Chicken (there are at least three or four that are better), but it was pretty funny.

Wrestling Moves you busted out In Real Fights
Mecha Mummy replied to I like Forums's topic in General Wrestling
Back in 8th grade a friend of mine did the Van Daminator to me, except with a backpack instead of a chair and his aim sucked so he kicked my hand. But that was more screwing around and random spur-of-the-moment weirdness as opposed to a real fight. -
All That 10th Anniversary Reunion Special..
Mecha Mummy replied to Eclipse's topic in Television & Film
I only saw five minutes of it and it was, unfortunately, the five minutes that had the fucking IRRITATING incoherent kid defiling Vital Information. I'll catch a rerun, but that's just to see Kenan and Kel together (as opposed to moving on to higher-profile sketch comedy and terrible breakdancing shows respectively) and Josh. Still, for a reunion special it had, what, five members of previous All That casts on it? That's pretty weak. Anyway, I used to love All That when I was a kid, even if it had no reason to exist after 1998 or so. -
Looks like they're being true to the original series' structure as that had six-episode seasons as well. Tonight's episode was pure gold. Best exchange: "You may be grumbling and moaning, but you'd follow me to the ends of the earth grumbling and moaning. Like that dwarf guy in that movie." "Gimli." "NERD. See, that's why you're not on the team."

Eh. Most of the Elephant stuff sounds better live than Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground does, but that's because Jack completely hams up the vocals for that song live.
-
Or the sixth track, for that matter.
-
Yeah, but it couldn't top the laser tag line. Nothing from last week could top the laser tag line.
-
Not even that. Ten minutes of airtime.
-
Well, last week Michael was funnier than Dwight, but this week it was ALL Dwight. Hell, just the way he said "an alliance" was great.
-
That entire episode was complete gold. From the Real World sketch (I can't decide who I found funniest in it; Batman, Wonder Woman, or The Falcon, and hell, Superman and Aquaman were awesome too) to "Cats are Jerks!", to Kill Bunny, and then Zombie Idol tops it off (Zombie Kurt Cobain shooting himself was SO GREAT). That was just ten minutes of totally random pop culture trivia disguised as a cartoon.

Well, this week's was pretty bad. There was some amusing stuff, though, such as Alien vs. Predator in a grueling chess match. Also, was it just me or was there a guy dressed as The Hurricane in the background during the sci-fi convention bit?
-
Meh. As much as I love Del, I think Clint Eastwood was actually one of the weaker tracks on the self-titled album. (Rock the House was awesome, though.) I think the guest spots from De La Soul, Ike Turner, and Dennis Hopper more than make up for it.
-
Actually the majority of people will probably like this one. I can easily see this one being on MTV for the next few months. Rolling Stone's already saying that it's the catchiest single Weezer's released in years (ignore the fact that this is coincidentally the first single Weezer's released in three years so this statement can't really be wrong). Madness.
-
Whilst I don't think this was better than the first episode, this was pretty friggin' brilliant. ESPECIALLY the Star Wars bit. That shit is SO DAMN TRUE.

I couldn't stand it, and I actually thought Maladroit was okay outside of a couple of songs. So yeah. Wow. Awful.

The rumor going around regarding Maff, from what I heard on another board, is that he slept with Homicide's girlfriend. I always thought Maff was decent enough, all things considered.

I only saw the black church skit, which I didn't think was particularly funny, and the Action 13 News skit, which I DID think was funny, mostly because of Seth (whose delivery REALLY reminded me of Steve Carrell, and that is a good thing).
