Well, you'd know about hilarious EWR gimmicks, wouldn't you? Actually, my most ridiculously inappropriate gimmick ever was BJ Whitmer as a hippie. I don't know what I was thinking there... Anyways... Uh... Ebessan. He's funny.

Heheh... I signed Matt Stryker, Chad Collyer, and Reckless Youth and made them a trio of punk rockers long before knowing anything about them... Still, I've pretty much given up on attempting to compehend TNA. Instead of trying to work out deals with New Japan, NOAH, Z-1, or even All Japan or Toryumon, they try and do cross promotions with Osaka Pro and World Japan. Aiyaah. Still, the match should be hilarious knowing Ebessan.

I'm a mark for the Ladder-Legdrop thread. That was great stuff.

Oh, good. The entertaining half of the APA is going to retire. Not surprised, but still...
-
Well, Fairplay has no flow. It's just one liner one liner one liner boom. The lines were good, but he didn't deliver them well.

I wondering if TNA's ever going to start learning from past mistakes. At least there's no stipulation that Sabu's spot blowing antics can fuck up.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread
Mecha Mummy replied to Steve J. Rogers's topic in Brandon Truitt
Doyle, compared to Wesley at the same time in the Buffyverse, was a more likeable and enjoyable character. Also, there was so much potential there for character growth because they developed him SO well in those eight or so episodes he was in while alive. Also, I agree with bps. It was nice to see an original character instead of a BTVS alum, and then he's dead and in comes Wesley when he was still just a nancyboy geek. Wesley got really cool, but if I had to choose between Doyle and Wesley in his first episodes on Angel, I'd go with Doyle. -
The Quizno's commercials rule, but "We Like the Moon" is funnier.

In retort I offer you the main events of Vengeance 2002 (Rock, Taker, and Angle) and 2003 (Angle, Brock, and Big Show). Also, the RoH three way from Era of Honor Begins (Low Ki, American Dragon, and Chris Daniels).

Here comes the Thnikkaman! Yeah... Shut up, kid. There goes the Thnikkaman! Great SB e-mail.

PWG ''Taste The Radness'' Feb 22 Santa Ana CA
Mecha Mummy replied to PsychoDriver's topic in General Wrestling
YES. The burning question there is "Where the fuck is NOSAWA?" I wonder who they'll lose this time around. -
Oh. Odd, but at least I get it now. I used to greatly overuse the word baka when referring to other people when I was in 7th-8th grade. Now I use it on people who DESERVE to be insulted in Japanese.

There's no way the Brock/Eddy segment from last week will bomb. The F-Cincos are ratings gold.
-
The Fairplay interview segments, if they remain as bad as last night's, will definitely be on the list. Actually, reading earlier posts on this thread, I'm realizing that there ARE A lot of Triple (Insert Letter Here)s. I need to make a list of them. Also, Mortimer Plumtree wasn't Wrestlecrap. The Johnsons were Wrestlecrap, but Plumtree was great as AJ Styles' manager.

I'm still not getting the "BAKAING" stuff. It idioting sucks?

This show deserved a dead thread. Obscenely uninteresting outside of Raven and the main event, and then VINCE FUCKING RUSSO returning as the Director of Authority killed that too. STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID. So THAT'S why I didn't order a PPV in five months.
-
Hell, I'd even take the return of Muppets Tonight. New Muppet Babies would have me in inner child status for at least a week.
-
Yeah. Jobbing to Vince McMahon, being off TV for half a year, and then being kicked to the curb. What a fighter. DDP as DOA would be very good. So watch it be Tenay.

Shit, I'm the only person who loved Octane? That's like a PERFECT spoof of those stupid-ass XTREME STUNTZ movies, right down to the bad acting and dumb plotline. Kenan's one line was pretty much awesome in its delivery too. Also, the White Stripes had a lot of potential at the beginning, Drew's Meg White impression cracked me up, but it lost steam quick. Also, Kelis is the most talentless musical "artist" I have ever seen in my life. I'm totally ashamed to admit that I enjoyed "Caught Out There" way back when.
-
Yeah, Maybe It's Me. I actually enjoyed that show... Stop laughing! I have feelings too...

I don't want to live in a world where Python quotes are lame. Austin Powers all the way, I hate that fucking franchise now. I was guilty of quoting it when I was, like, eleven, but now I've grown past it.

Punch Drunk Love was Sandler abstaining from the usual slapstick routine to prove he could act, though. Adam Sandler comedies usually do well.
-
I actually think it was the "F-Cincos", AKA "F-5s" in Spanish.
-
It is indeed. I had it stuck in my head for half an hour after watching it twice and found myself doing the F-Cinco dance down the hallway.
-
Yeah, it's been done and it's inferior to the Cockstrider.
