The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread
Mecha Mummy replied to Steve J. Rogers's topic in Brandon Truitt
I like when Spike lists off a whole bunch of British slang words... "Oh god, I'm British!" -
More TV shows turned movies rumored

They couldn't get away with it without people knowing, though. IMDB would list both Darrens... unless properly bribed. -

If they cast two men as Darren and do the random actor switch thing, I'll definitely check it out. That would be hilarious. -
Most pathetic list ever... Look, all ye masses, and despair. I'm probably forgetting something, though, so I'm certain there will be more (Plus my RoH DVDs apparently don't count).

Last night's ep was kinda okay. Way too repetitive, though, even if that was the point.

Yeah, Aly sucked, but hey, she had what, two or three lines? All I can think of is "I've got a theory some kid is dreamin' and we're all stuck inside his wacky broadway nightmare" and "I think this line is mostly filler". -
Hi, there! Do you look good? Can you speak somewhat coherently? Can you throw a dropkick? If so, become a WWE Superstar today!

What are your favorite death scenes of all-time?

Oh, and Wolfwood from Trigun. The entire church scene is awesome stuff, especially with "Rakuen" playing in the background with the Hallelujah chorus. -
I saw a bit of it, and the guy's hideous overacting in the things filmed for the movie is hilarious.

Jean Reno and Gary Oldman in The Professional. Oldman realizing that Leon's loaded with explosives and going "Oh, sh --" *BOOOM* was just great. -
Well, I could never even remotely tolerate ICP, so...

Eagan left!? Not left, per se. Banned.

Very nice angle, good way to start the hype for Hogan in TNA.
-
Next week it's Halle Berry. Joy.

I saw ten minutes of the Sharon Osbourne show and the SNL skit was EXACTLY like that. I liked the Osbourne thing since it was accurate. For everything else though, especially the Barry Gibb thing, I agree with you this week (Though Justin just sort of sitting there and occasionally adding backup vocals I found funny).

I have it... in Japanese. How much does it cost translated?
-
Okay, so... How can I spin this into something... Ah! *Ahem* This proves that Matt Hardy and Chris Benoit are major draws. ... Right, I've got nothing.
-
Anyone else remember Pure Moods? With the couple skydiving in the commercial? That was painful.
-
I... no... no, this CAN'T be... Once again the human race fails me. *Breaks down and cries.*

I know Mitch Paradise. He's in SDW or something. He's a staple of EWR backyard diaries.
-
Yeah, he writes for The Wrestler, I think. I read one of his columns earlier this week while at Barnes and Noble.

Trigun - Philosophy in a Tea Cup. Damn beautiful, it's been on repeat for hours. The Spirited Away soundtrack's also great.

She first resurfaces at the VERY end of Season One. Since I'm only a little bit into Season Two, I can't really go any further than that... -

Well, it looks to me that we WILL see Cordy return, even if she isn't in a full-time role, and I want to see that just for the inevitable interaction between Cordy and Harmony (Who I just ADORE now).
