They do mention '93 in one of the songs. It's extremely odd to hear British Bulldog, Billy Gunn [smoking gun gimmick], Bret Hart, Hacksaw, and Bossman voiceovers. The Randy Savage song is...oddly catching. Not to mention 'Taker has a pop song, Bret talk-sings a love song, and Mr. Perfect has a song. "I'm...'erfect!"

I wouldn't be surprised if we see Knoble debut on NWA within a few months....which is complete and utter bullshit. The guy is talented, his character was entertaining, but we can't have entertainment in WWE, now can we?

I've seen previews of the Godfather....does that count? And I know Italians sometimes kiss each other in a non-gay way, but the point was that he kissed *Rikishi*. EDIT: If they're going for an Italian stable here, which I think they're doing...why feud with Rikishi? Nothing against the guy, but he's not really someone I'd care to watch on SD....he's a pure Velocity talent, imo. And, is Chuck Italian? I honestly never noticed. And if they go for this stable, we have yet another plot-hole since he's supposedly Knoble's cousin. But, hey, this is WWE.

Wrestlemania - Wrestling Superstars

It's definetly real. I recognize Lawler's normal voice from the Confidential segments of him. And Cole? Well, I definetly know Cole's voice

Aside from the Team Angle shit, which I hardly pay attention to anyways, it looks like a good show. There's something they forgot to mention in the Nunzio, Chuck, and Stamboli attack: [[from wrestling observer]] Let me be the first to say......EEEWWWWW!!!! Whoah whoah whoah! Shanny encouraging Matt? Soooooo, does that mean we'll hear him speak?! :o :o

Cole sings! :lol::lol::lol:

I think it's almost guaranteed that Stevie will be on there, since he wasn't on Raw.....but, this is WWE, so you can't hope for anything.

Credit: Gamepro.com And some more.... Sooo....not only is this the first direct sequal to an FF, but apparently, it'll be an all girl battle team? Either way, this game looks f'n awesome!

Of all the voice acting, I'd say Seymour's was the best. Hell if I was Yuna, I knew I wouldn't be able to resist the blue-haired, gel-loving Guado.

Well Nowinski was mentioned a few times in the magazines as being associated with HHH. And no newbie can be associated with such a SUPSTAR~! as him, now can they? Oh..wait. Orton and Batista's with him. Well, fuck, there goes the HHHater argument. His character is good and I wish they'd use it more. Although he does need to get a bit more training when it comes to in-ring skills.

I won't argue that :coughCongocough: Although McHale's Navy was okay. Ooooh...KJOC is in a new movie! Better yet, he's working with Stephen Sommers!! (writer/director of Mummy and Deep Rising) The movie is titled Van Helsing and KJOC plays Igor. Ummm.....okay

From lop.net: If that airs, then we'll see Stevie.....twice!

I don't think Christian belongs on that list...

What The Fuck Happened To The Jeff Hardy Heel Turn
Yuna_Firerose replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Now he wasn't in Austin's slot, but the reason Matt gave was "they needed all the stars on the show" or something along those lines -
1) Tim Curry - he may not be as thin as he was twenty years ago, but he still plays the villain role well. 'Sides that, he makes dying an art. 2) Kevin J. O'Connor - Anyone seen Deep Rising? KJOC plays the weasly coward role extremely well, and like TC, almost always dies.

What The Fuck Happened To The Jeff Hardy Heel Turn
Yuna_Firerose replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Recently in one of the magazines, Matt mentioned that Jeff was *supposed* to get time off a while ago, but that was cancelled when Austin left. My guess is he's just over-worked. Sidenote here... If they ever let him cut a promo, I think they should let him say one of his poems. He's still not good on the mic but at least then he'd be interesting. -
AhmedFan86, if you're trying to be "rebellious" and voice your love for HHH....don't do it in this thread.
-
I don't love Benoit....I love Stevie, though. And it's also disrespectful, and thus, wasn't necessary.
-
Dammit, I would put that in my sig...'cept I can't change it for a week.
-
Yeah there is.... you just know an HHH ten minute promo is more important...
-
30 minutes is generous.....I give 'im 10

My friend made this banner.... just thought I'd share. It's not her best work, because she said she cant' concentrate...

(from lop.net) Aaron Rift sent in the following: The following are highlights from Xtreme Mayhem's interview with Tough Enough III's Jonah! The interview was conducted by Mike Nagel and Jeff Meacham on February 7th, 2003. Visit http://xtreme.themayhem.com/ to listen to the streaming audio or downloadable version of the interview! - Following Tough Enough III's finale, Jonah has been getting back into the wrestling scene. He's going to a local wrestling school (Chaotic Wrestling Center) and Killer Kowaski's school. He's booked for the next couple of months. - Wrestling in high school was the extent of his training prior to applying for Tough Enough. After watching the first two seasons, he figured he'd have a good chance so he sent his his tapes and application. - He talked about his relationship with Jill during the series. He thinks she left because of her age, her relationship with him, and the fact that she was family orientied. There was mixed emotions when she left because other people who didn't make it could have taken her spot, but at the same time it was one last competitor they had to worry about. - At first, he though the rib was played off pretty well on TV. He thinks that the MTV non-wrestling fans who watched the show enjoyed the rib, while wrestlers like Lance Storm thought there was some hidden meaning behind it. Jonah said it was simply a joke to lighten the mood. - Because of his schedule, he isn't able to spend as much time with his girlfriend as he would like to. He feels they have to go their seperate ways for now and possibly get back together in the future. - He said that Matt has become of his best friends in his life. They have developed a special bond from the show. He said that Matt reads the bible everyday and has never taken a drink. He said Matt was an inspiration to everybody from the cast. Jonah was glad to see any of the finalists win and he felt the feeling was mutual because they all knew how hard each other worked. - He felt a mistake he made during the show was that he had some doubts about what he was doing, and that he should have turned those doubts into questions. Everyone from WWE is still very supportive of him and he feels it is time to prove himself to them that he really wants it. - He said he has been getting tons of phone calls for bookings since the show ended, but he is leaving his options open and not going exclusive to anyone because the WWE is where he hopes to eventually end up. - Jonah called Bill DeMott an awesome guy who plays his role as the tough guy very well. He also called Bill DeMott an older brother. - Jonah enjoyed going to Iceland and they did everything possible you could do there. One thing he mentioned was that the women there weren't very hot. - He respects Jamie and called her a tough girl. He said they had a love-hate relationship. - Instead of watching as a fan, he watches to study the wrestlers and how they work their matches. - For the first season of Tough Enough, he thought Chris Nowinski and Taylor were going to win. He thought Jake and Kenny had a good chance of winning the second season. He was surprised to see Jackie win. - They didn't initially know that Bob Holly was really hurting Matt until after it was over. - He felt he would rather be on RAW because he's still green and would want to be around Al Snow. - He called Ivory a hot trainer. - He called Hulk Hogan the greatest of all time. - Jonah said Ric Flair was an inspiration to all wrestlers. - He said HHH was one of the best right now. - He said that Vince McMahon's presence alone was overwhelming. - He said that Raven was very underrated. - He called himself the next next big thing.
