Report by Anthony Schilero of http://www.BeyondTheRing.com Below are the taping results for this coming Sunday's WWE Sunday Night Heat. The event was taped prior to the March 10 RAW at Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. -Prior to Heat, a video package recapping the history of the company from WWF to WWE was shown. This was followed by Howard Finkel introducing us to RAW and going over the rules as it pertained to what was prohibited at the event. -Two matches were taped before Lita and Mark Lloyd came out for commentary. I assume these were dark matches, because I have no idea who any of the participants were, and the crowd was so loud that I could not hear their names while they were being introduced. -Molly Holly faced Jacqueline in a one-on-one contest to open up Heat. Molly controlled most of the match. Early on she slammed Jacqueline's head into the mat several times. Molly Holly eventually scored the win with a roll-up. -In the second match on the show, Spike Dudley battled Mike Snyder (or Matt Striker?) and he won with the Dudley Dog, in what was an amazing waste of time. -The next match-up was Rodney Mack (with Teddy Long) vs. Tommy Dreamer. Prior to Dreamer's entrance, Long began talking "black," if you will. He insulted Dreamer, and then once the match got underway, it was all Rodney Mack. He pounded on Dreamer and sent him to the outside. Back on the inside, Mack executed a belly to belly suplex. Dreamer stood on Rodney Mack's scrotum in the corner, but later missed a crucial DDT, and a Singapore Cane shot, allowing Mack to score the victory. -In the final match of the part of the show no one came to see, Steven Richards (with Victoria) squared off against Al Snow. Snow kicked Richards in the head to open the match, and then began chopping Richards repeatedly. In the end though, it was Richards who was able to win the match, after Snow had gone to the outside and kissed Victoria. Below are the highlights of what took place that did not air on TNN: After Stone Cold Steve Austin attacked Eric Bischoff, The Rock entered the ring and was chased out by Austin. RAW went to a commercial on TNN, but not at the Gund Arena. Austin gave Bischoff the Stone Cold Stunner. When Lance Storm and Chief Morley left the ringside area following their match, for some reason, Storm forgot his Canadian flag at ringside. After RAW went off the air, we were treated to a classic, yet comedic, confrontation between Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. The Rock had just lost a match to The Hurricane (mostly due to interference by Steve Austin). The Rock sat in the ring until the show was over. Then he got on the microphone and the crowd chanted "Rocky." The Rock told the crowd that they could not just boo him all night and then just chant his name. He then gave us an option. The Rock counted to three and said we could chant "Rocky" or "Rocky Sucks." The reaction was mixed, and then The Rock invited Steve Austin to the ring. Austin came out and the two men had one of the greatest verbal exchanges ever heard. Both men were very much on their games. So much so that they could not help laughing themselves with some of the great comedy they portrayed. The Rock decided to sing a song, and told the Clevelanders that they had no class and can all kiss the Peoples' ass. He then took a shot at Austin, who retaliated with a Stone Cold Stunner. After Austin left, The Rock made his way out, giving us until the count of three to choose the chant again, and then he told us to kiss the Peoples' ass again.

<believes Catwoman is better than Batman

Smarks sure choose odd figures to cheer for. First Team Angle, now Mack? Utterly confusing.

On, because I recognize people by their sigs.

I think the match might've been better if it wasn't for Hurricane's neck injury a few weeks ago. I'm not saying it was the main reason or that it even played a factor...just saying it's a possibility. There's no point in bitching over Helms going back to the mid-card, since we know it will happen. So, who should he feud with next? If he wasn't so green, I might suggest Nowinski....except the 'I'm smarter than everyone' gimmick is played out. In the heat thread, there were suggestions of creating a Heat title, which would give the Heat guys something to do. Stevie and Hurricane have had some awesome matches, but I don't see any reason for the two to feud. Which means nothing, since this is WWE. They should just trade him back to SD, in my opinion.

 No...Chyna? That's...just...odd! How will I recognize you now? Great banner, though. I'd say 7/10
-
Damn....and I'm officially broke after the Hardyz book comes out. Hey, what are the extras for the Rumble DVD?
-
Why is it so creepy? All I did was find pics of them in ECW, WWF, and now WWE and pasted them on a backround. Then, as I do with all my banners, I thought of some clever words/saying and put that on there as well. It's completely innocent. You only see what your eyes want to see

Matt, in my opinion, is a tweener. On TV he's a heel, but I've read house show reports where he was cheered.

1. 16, female 2. b) 7-10 hours [[Raw + SD + Velocidential + Heat = 7]] 3. b) No 6. No. 7. c) Docile 8. c) The same 9. No 10. c) None whatsoever 11. Like all things, I believe it depends on the person. For instance, some neglected pre-teen boy might be more prone to violent behavior then a normal girl of the same age range. 12. c) No change 13. b) Athleticism 14. c) Storylines d) Comedy [a tie] 15. c) Depends on the viewer 16. a) WWE/WWF [The only one I watch normally, so it wins by default] 17. c) It doesn’t matter [if they're entertaining, be them heel or face, I cheer for 'em] 18. Antagonist 19. c) I'm neutral 20. (Optional) Briefly describe your thoughts on the incident of Stone Cold Steve Austin (Steve Williams) assaulting his wife Debra Williams: No man should ever assault a woman, in my opinion. But, then again, none of us knows exactly what took place, and none of us knows how stressful or unstressful things were.

No, I'm still in school, Economics class to be exact. Considering I'm the board's immature teen, I doubt there's anything positive I could say about the book without sounding like some Hardyz fangirl. And yes, I will be getting it.
-
So, what do you think?
-
Agree that Show is sexy? Fuck no!!
-
I didn't mean slash stories...I meant just regular ones. This one's quite funny...but that's just my opinion. http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=629436

If they keep hyping it up the way they have been, then hopefully the match will be at LEAST ****. Since both have very strong crowd reactions, then I'm assuming the crowd will be off the charts.

^has an evil laugh
-
Only some of the time, actually. Over at fanfiction.net, they have some good humor stories in the wrestling folder.
-
I am acting normal, but you're right, I do need to mature a little. As for the names...it's just one of those natural habits that I'm trying to break.
-
Maybe I'm just tired, but that was funny.
-
Damn, I knew the front pic wasn't centered. Curses. Back to the drawing board...or whenever I get bored.....whichever comes first, I suppose. And hey, thanks for your honest opinions on my banners. It helps a lot.

Forgot about Mystique for a moment. I never read the comics, and I forget most of the cartoons, so I don't really know whose a heel and who isn't. But they *did* mention Iceman in the trailer..don't remember if they said he was evil or not. By the way, nice banner, raptor. Wolverine is especially nice on the end.

I got bored and decided to do a second version of Raven/Stevie. What do you think?
-
The only match I know about for tonight is Hurricane vs Stevie Richards. Anyone know of any other matches?
-
How the hell do you do that? I've tried, but it doesn't work for me.

Useless Info: The truck driver that drove Rogue to Canada is the voice-actor for Beast in the cartoon series.
