The Space Ghost:CTC DVD also comes out the same day as ATFH I'm buying this for sure. And It'll be alot less than $30, DeepDiscountDVD.com already has it listed at $23.39 and DVDPlanet.com has it for $20.99. SO I supposed it'll be less then 20 when it hits the Best Buy type stores.

I just thought if Jimmy Rave could somehow defeated Kendo it could give him the momentum he needs to win the belt and be a very credible champion. I didn't think of the "Not allowed to job thing". if it's true Kendo would have to make it to the finals (which is a 3-way) so he could lose and still actually not job. If that is the case... I still have no clue who will win this. And am I the only one who thinks Adam Flash isn't getting past the first round? (LOL, watch me look like an idiot after Flash wins the thing)

They finally announced the brackets: Nick Gage vs. Sonjay Dutt Adam Flash vs. Johnny Kashmere Nick Berk vs. Jimmy Rave Kendo Ka Shin vs. Ruckus Mafia vs. Nate Hatred Trent Acid vs. Mamaluke And here's my predictions: Nick Gage Over Sonjay Dutt (I don't see Sonjay beating Gage) Johnny Kashmere Over Adam Flash Jimmy Rave Over Nick Berk Kendo Ka Shin Over Ruckus (Tough one but as long as they have Kendo.. may as well use him) Mafia Over Nate Hatred (Mainly cause I don't see 2 HIV members in the 2nd round) Trent Acid Over Mamaluke Semi Finals: Nick Gage Over Kashmere Jimmy Rave Over Kendo Trent Acid Over Mafia (could be MOTN) Finals: Jimmy Rave Over Acid and Gage.

XPW Exit Sandman DVD match listing?
PsychoDriver replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
Well... if you have the Best of The Enterprise DVD, they cover a little bit of XPW's "transformation" Basicially, It's a rip off of the movie a "Clockwork Orange" with GQ as the Alex Character. One skit had GQ Money laying on a road pretending to be hurt, a women stops her car to help, Of course GQ Money was playing possum and he attacks and "rapes" her. Also he tried to "rape" Lizzy Borden in Rob Black's house but was stopped by Scott Snot. I know they based this on the movie... but it didn't come off well and was very offensive as well. -

Well, The Puppy thing was just a publicity stunt (at least I hope it was) The whole Pogo thing was pretty disturping, it showed him following around a kid, giving him a toy and then digging a hole.. I just don't think that kinda thing has any place in wrestling (same with GQ Money angle that involved him raping women in Mid-2002... in total horrible taste) -

Damn, Video Game Goldberg is a million times cooler than real life Goldberg. I like the way the recent Smackdown games have made the big men into really impressive monsters, Too bad they are all slow and boring in reality -

I thought that was in horrble taste, And it one of the worst things XPW has done IMO.. But I'll explain it anyway... Pogo's gimmick is based on Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy, Who worked as a clown named Pogo. So Pogo is supposed to be a killer... -
Did I read that right? SD is in the tourney? Mark the fuck out.. great to see him getting more East Coast Bookings (and getting nation wide exposure on the Sunshine Network) WAR GAMES is honestly shaping up to be one of the best shows of the year.

I never actually thought they would put Edit A Wrestler in, It's been promised a few times before and they always pull it last minute. Though I wish it was, because then I'd have something like 40 extra CAW spots. -
Actually Doug lost... Skeeter's Uncle Dan Freebird won (Skeeter used his Uncle's old campaign posters because He and Doug had the same intitals and people just voted for him I guess)
-
I don't know, I just don't see Flash winning it. Another reason I don't think Flash will win is that it would leave Ian Knoxx with no partner, and would really come out of nowhere (going from feud with the Backseats to Iron Man champ with no build up?). I see one of the BSB taking out Flash early. I could be wrong though, the great thing about this tourney is that it is so unpredictable and probably anything could happen. Should be one of the more interesting shows in recent CZW history.
-
Very interesting card, the whole Messiah-Zandig thing kinda pisses me off but I'm sure CZW has their reasons. (Here's something I posted earlier today on the CZWfans Board) This is probably CZW's toughest tourney ever to predict (At least in the TOD's/BOTB's you had a clue and the trifecta was a no brainer) but here's my not-so expert analysis: Let's see, I'd rule out anyone who already has a CZW title (BSB, Gage, Ruckus) as giving one of them 2 titles would make no sense IMO. So that leaves: Adam Flash: Good chance, He's held the title a few times before... but if they are looking to establish a new identity for the belt, he's not the guy to go with. Tony Mamaluke: No, Mamaluke hasn't been too lucky in CZW tourneys thus far and I don't see his luck changing at this show. Nick Berk : there's a slight chance.. but I don't see him going over some of the talent in this tourney. So I don't think it's happening Sonjay Dutt: Nah, Need to establish a differance between the Iron Man Division and the JHW division. keep him in the JHW division Jimmy Rave : Strong chance, the crowd was really behind him during the Trifecta, and I could see it happening again. Nate Hatred: No, having him win while still feuding with Deathmatch Champion Nick Gage would be a bad idea. Mafia: Could happen, He's talented enough. But will CZW give it to someone who's not full time? that's the question here. Kendo: It'd be interesting but unless he intends on returning soon, I see little chance of it happening. CZW has had quite a unique history when it comes to Japan and Title belts. Overall... I have no clue as to who will win it. All I can say is thank you CZW for putting on such an intriguing tourney.

Trust me, it's even worst than it sounds (Joey Styles doing a very half-assed announcing job doesn't help any either) -
XPW Exit Sandman DVD match listing?
PsychoDriver replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
Here's the match listing: 1. Chris Chetti vs Shark Boy 2. Supreme vs Angel vs Altar Boy Luke - King of the Death Match Championship 3. Danny Doring vs. Kaos - World Television Championship 4. Sandman "Retirement" Ceremony, Pogo the Clown Confrontation 5. Shane Douglas vs Vic Grimes vs Chris Candido - World Heavyweight Championship 6. Juventud Guerrera vs Jerry Lynn - My Bloody Valentine: Los Angeles Day 1 (DVD Only) 7. Youthanazia vs Southern Comfort vs Danny Doring & Christian York - Battle of the Burgh (DVD Only) So the answer is no, but if it'll make you feel better Hamrick Vs. Malice was awful, Crazy Vs. Psycho was a let down and MMW Vs. Dead Prez was good but nothing special. Damn to think I could be watching Messiah Vs. Kaos right now instead of answering stupid questions. -
I am a huge Doug mark, I lived on that show as a kid. It's perhaps my favorite childrens cartoon show ever. I've scared a good share of my friends with my frightening knowledge of that show. too bad "Doug" sold out to Disney (who ruined the show in so many ways it's not even funny). Just look at some of the good side characters that show had: Smash Adams, Sky Davis (and his Sky Davis Air-Jets), The Beets, Race Canyon, Man O'Steel Man, Jack Bandit, Quail Man, Silver Skeeter, Dr. Klotzinstein, Fluke, Ol' Chester, Hamlet, Stinky, Hamburger boy, The never seen principal Mr Buttsavage, Mr. Swirly, Ronald Wisenheimer among others... Total classic. Hope they release the NICK Era Doug on DVD, of course that'll probably never happen thanks to Disney.

I'd agree with HBK Vs. Mr. Perfect Summerslam 93, Wasn't even half as good as the match they had in 1991.
-
Douglas Vs. Pitbull 2 Vs. Jericho Vs. Scorpio - Heat Wave 96, Best 4-way I've ever seen.

Loser leaves town for 60 days? That makes that one pretty easy to predict. Raven Vs. NOSAWA should be good though, NOSAWA has really improved lately. -
DL this match... SD quite frankly is the fucking man.

I hope they fix the Special Ref match. If SYM every cover you attempted in one resulted in a fast count pinfall. -
