Since everybody already counted the East out, I just find their side of the playoffs much more interesting, more grinding defensive games, which are interesting to watch strategically. Since LA is gone I dont really care too much who comes out of the West, even tho they will probably win. GO DETROIT!

Well I havent really seen the show in years, but if they wanted to swerve everyone they should have had both Dawson and Joey die. that would rule and make me actually watch.

The pistons/sixers game was high drama, coming down to the final buzzer shot win by Detroit (by a point)... actually it went in and Coleman knocked it out and they won on a goaltending call! Of course nobody seems to care about the east but me but hey it's a great series

Well this is... interesting. I didn't think RAW was that great at all... however, I will wait about 2 weeks to see if this is a rating trend or just a one week abberation before making any statements out it.

Anyways, for the person who asked why one would want to boycott Summerslam since it is traditionally a good ppv, because it's the WWE's #2 money maker of the year. If you really hate the direction of the overall company, the only way you will ever ever ever get anyone to give a crap what you think is if you cost them money. Plain and simple, and it has to be clear why, so tehre's no room for rationalizations. This is why the internet will never have influence on the decision making process of the WWE, all they have to do is give Benoit a month push and we're back in the fold. If a group really did want to try and change things, you cant do it on a base-by-base basis (whoa too much "bass" in that sentance), you have to target the whole picture. But on the other hand, if Summerslam has Benoit v Brock for the title with buzz that benoit might win, well what self respecting smark would dare boycott that??? I mean benoit is gonna win the title!!! And Vince knows this. No matter how many RAWs you "boycott" or ppvs that you boycott (which you were never going to order in the first place), we'll always be there WHEN it counts. Of course I'm one to talk since i dont order ppvs and only see the good stuff at a later time, so its hardly a loss to me. Anyways, this isnt' NECESSARILY a criticsm of the internet fandom who are trying to organize this protest or that boycott or whatever, just a statement on it, and why I believe none of these will ever work.

the whole boycott the june 6th RAW was a stupid idea, boycotting a ppv is much smarter. Without Nielson boxes, your boycott doesnt mean anything, but you can alter a buyrate. If you really wanted to make a statement,b oycott the first all-RAW ppv, or boycott Summerslam. Of course I know you guys won't, being the addicts you are. Bitch about how shitty the show is, but once Summerslam comes around, hey it's summerslam right? bleh

The only downside is sometimes it takes like ten minutes for the headlines to show up after they go up on 1w or wo or pwt, mainly because of the refresh rate. But its still where I go, the direct links are very convenient. Also 411wrestling usually takes the newsbits from the big three and puts them on their page, slightly reworded and credit is given, I usually go to them both but I like WDB better

I believe Meltzer over Scotsman. And Meltzer wouldn't make up Willie being legit because it would be incredibly stupid to lie about that and drive more people to your competitor when its not the case. Meltzer also said over at the msg board that he thinks Dave Scherer and Willie were just trying to cover for the actual Willie b/c WWE was close to finding out who was, so they did the thing where Scherer said Willie wouldn't answer his questions and they stopped.

So i'm bettnig it was the combination of Goldberg and Nash talking that got Jericho upset, the problems in WCW guys like him had with them, maybe he was a tad paranoid they were gonna try to bury him again. Eh... Sadly this will probably lead to Jericho jobbing to Goldberg somehow.

If anything, jericho is one of the better sellers (heh) in the company. No matter who his opponent is, he's always flailing around and taking hits. Look at how he sold for Maven and John Cena months back In conclusion, Goldberg is a dumbass, and I'm glad Jericho took him down. So Jericho got him in a front facelock, then they went down to the ground. If jericho still had that facelock on, then imo there's no question, Jericho is the winner! ^ not to mention WWE wrestlers have no house shows this week, as a break after Wrestlemania. A RAW wrestler would only have worked Monday this week, and a SD wrestler only Tuesday... So you're saying Monday/Tuesday (depending on brand), Wednesday, and Thursday (the ENTIRE days except maybe an airplane flight or car ride, where they could have a laptop) aren't enough time to write 3 short columns???

This is what pisses me off about this, by now WWE has surely gotten wind of this claim, and it wont fucking matter. RVD is fucked unless it is conclusively proven to be someone else. Knowing the idiotic way people like Vince, Steph, HHH think, RVD is so completely fucked right now. Next time you want to complain about how workers sit back and dont' say anything, they can't publicly or they are buried, and now they do, and the IWC fucks them over!
