I thought it looked pretty cool... until I realized I recognized tons of scenes from the spoilers I read, which got me down on it again.

I have to say though I was amused at the differences in the various characters' reaction to "random females dying outside the door" then suddenly "Edgar dying outside the door".

EEDDDGGGAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! too bad Kim couldn't bite the dust instead of Edgar. two scenes and she's already annoying me with her me-me-me attitude. Ugh. somebody sic a cougar on her, stat!

^ (pointing up to the comment about Jon's negative reviews) i knew that was going to happen the moment Jon Stewart started making fun of Hollywood culture in the beginning of the show. Any host who mocks Hollywood always ends up getting negative reviews and not huge laughs from the stars. It seems the "gracious insider" roles (Billy Crystal, Whoopi, Martin) are the only ones that are deemed 'successes' I thought Jon was hilarious.

did they cut off the mic??? It's Best Picture for fuck's sake. if you're so worried about time, how about not having 50 million montages. winner of best picture deserves to have a few minutes to spill their guts.

was Walk the line anything like Ray or Ali? There's a certain style of bio-pic that's really tiresome to me, and those two are prime examples of the kind of movie i'm talking about, and so far that's kept me away from Walk the Line. Very sick of biopics unless they offer something unique. As far as the awards go, I've only seen "Good Night and Good Luck", which was pretty good but probably not best picture material. However I'm not one of those fools who think, just because I dont like the subject matter or wasnt interested in seeing them, that its not best picture material. i always laugh when someone complains about movies in a critic or award list beings ones they never heard of, as if you're the center of the universe.

Well the solution to this problem is clear........... we should get rid of all children's programming.

They really should have like a council of elrond type deal where everybodys gets together and shares information. If the army thing ever comes to fruition, the episode right before that would be a good spot.

Awesome episode but i'm gonna be really pissed if Locke is actually falling for such an obvious ploy by Gale. Hopefully he's putting on an act for him since he can hear. If he did that, he'd be the Locke of old. Brilliant. The last couple of eps have been exceptional now that I think about it, but the breaks make me forget. If there was ever a show that needs 24, The Shield, Battlestar Galactica type "non-stop seasons" its this one.

Lucas by his own admission actually hates the scriptwriting process. and it shows. it seems like his only joy was creating some cool special effect setpieces. Even the OT script he wrote, the original, has some bad lines saved by the charm of the actors, and also when I read this Annotated Screenplays book, they had an asterisk next to exchanges that were written by these two other guys, there wasn't a lot but it mostly all the funny dialogue. He really should have outlined the plots, then just handed the sucker off to a good screenwriter.

I dont think AI being off is a big deal. Hell I'da left another one of the high volume scorers off as well (maybe Arenas, Kobe, Pierce or Melo, one of the 4) I want a good team, not a bunch of guys who have to domiante the ball to score all the time. Guys like Bowen and Battier are great additions.

Open the task manager (ctrl+alt+delete once), and go to the Processes tab and search for firefox.exe I have this problem too sometimes. after it ends up using a lot of memory, after I close firefox, it's actually still somehow running. and if you re-load firefox, that user screen you talked about loads up.

I thought it was kinda weak actually until the "Kavanaugh goes nuts" moment. That was awesome.

guard Tony Delk signed with the Pistons as the 2nd backup guard alongside Lindsay Hunter, replacing Carlos Arroyo. should be announced tomorrow morning. Pretty good pickup, I like Delk's play. He's not great but he doesn't have to be, he just needs to be competant for 5-10 minutes a game without fucking everything up the way Arroyo did every other game.

Thought this was a kickass episode. There's was tons of ownage tonight. Curtis OWNING Lynn. Agent PIerce owning the terrorists. CTU owning the president. and of course Jack fuckin Bauer surviving being locked in a room with a bomb. Putting the bomb next to the door that just got sealed shut and hiding under the floor? Genius.
