I get mine from blogs, message boards, Budget - the local bong/record store, and Target for new shit 'cause it's always on sale there for like 10 bucks.

I you really want to get into some Curtis and the Impressions, then try Soul Legacy, it's a 4 disc set. Covers all the essentials and breaks it down by theme. Soul Legacy tracklisting.

haha. niggas is crazy. yall look out for Nas, the game, g-unit, lil wayne and a few others for the summer.

Yes. And the John Cena = Sting comparisons are right. Cena has said multiple times that he tries to channel the energy of a young Sting alot of the time. If you look for it, you can see the influence in most of his matches.

Wow, stables. I remember when mofuckers had stables in high school, and we wrestled in the gym. The nWo, The Horsemen, DOD, The Nation, The Corporation, Corporate Ministry, DOA, DX, Ahmed and the Road Warriors, everybody was clicked up in WCW and WWF at that time. The shit was cool for it's time, but I don't want to see a ton of stables again anytime soon. Something every once in while, like Evolution, can come along and be great if it's done right, tho.

El Gigante was awesome in WCW.
-
I grew up on NWA then WCW when it changed. So yeah, I miss the fuck outta dubya cee dubya.
-
That Rock set looks awesome. And disc 3 is like half promos anyway, no need for another disc.
-
Shamrock was also TNA's first champion, winning thier first title tournament. He ahs wrestled since he left the WWE. From the way J.R. phrased everything, I'd expect Shamrock to do some cross promotion with WWE for his scripted reality show where he changes his gimmick or whatever he's doing there. And I'm all for a D'lo comeback. He'd be a good dude for MVP to fued with for a while.

TSM Town Hall: The Brand Extension - Six Years Later
FroGG_NeaL replied to Cheech Tremendous's topic in The WWE Folder
At first the brand split was exciting, because it really was something new. It had potential, but it took awhile for them to figure out the right format for each show. These days, I think the split is working extremely well. The SD/ECW talent exchange is cool, and helps alot of guys coming up right now get some shine. 1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how successful has the brand extension been? Why? 3.5 in the beggining, 8 right now. 2. Has the extension helped to create new stars that wouldn't have had a chance to shine in the old set-up? Is it more effective than having one brand? Most definetly. Way more guys are getting exposure on a national level now then anytime since like, 2001. 3. What has been the biggest success of the split? The biggest failure? Having multiple champs has worked out well. Making the shows seem equal in importance, but they have worked on this lately. 4. Have fans come to accept Raw and Smackdown as two separate brands with their own characteristics, or just tv shows with different wrestlers doing the same thing? I'd say most fans know there's a big difference between the 3 shows, even with SD and ECW sharing workers, and the new all purpose HD set. They all have a different feel and atmosphere to them, for the most part. 5. How much longer do you see the brand extension lasting? Do you still think it's a good idea? It'll last as long as Vince is around, I'm sure. Maybe it'll be scraped for some new format down the line, but I think it's still a good idea right now. I also think that other then the Survivor Series from a few years back with Raw vs. Smackdown, oldschool SS match, and the build to RVD getting the title, and ECW coming back that summer, this year has been the best use of the split. So, yeah. Brand Extension ftw -
And hides a tool under the ring for him or Dreamer to use in a match, ala Eric Bischoff.

Ha. I went with Chavo because he's Hispanic, and Eddie Guerrero is his uncle and shit. No, really. And until Kendrick gives me something as entertaining as Pepe in the wood chipper, or a Los Guerreros skit, or some of the matches Chavo had in WCW, or in the SD 6, then I gotta go with Chavito, holmes.

On Benoit... was closed before I could send my last post on this shit, so you fags get to read it here. Cool? Cool. MVP said some really gay shit, I dunno... Right. And Dynamite Kid put a shotgun to his ex-wife's head for no reason and in a recent interview said that he didn't think it was violent. Steve Austin is an alcoholic that beats bitches. Hulk Hogan is a scumbag that fucks everybody over to get his way. He's also responsible for giving his 16 year old son alcohol that he drank, then wrecked his car and almost killed his passenger, is in the middle of a divorce with his wife, and is fucking his daughter's friend. Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, HHH, Davey Boy Smith, Jim Niedhart, New Jack, Paul Heyman, Jim Cornette, Kurt Angle, Jake Roberts, the list goes on and on. All of them are drug addicts, alcoholics, wife beaters, child abusers, scam artists, junkies, freaks, fiends, rapists, perverts... Just like Milky said about this place, all that shit applies to the users of this site and wrestling is what brought us all here. That's not a coincidence, I don't think. Everybody involved in Pro Wrasslin’ is a fucked up individual in some way. Same as Gangsta Rap, Rock N' Roll, all those lifestyles are similar. Drugs, booze, women, violence, touring, performing live, living fast. You know, “Party like a rock star”, and all that. Anybody involved in any form of entertainment did it because first, they love the art form. Then, they love the money and power and everything that comes with it, until they go broke, get locked up, o.d., die, kill somebody, beat their wife, wreck their car, kill themselves, whatever. Then, if they’re alive, it's time to get back to the art, and hope the money comes again. And it does. It's the American Dream, homey. Our heroes have to have faults, they have to fuck up and go through hell for redemption before they get respect. That's the way it's been for a long time now. And if you die, you're automatically elevated to legend status. James Dean all the way up to Ike fuckin' Turner became legends when they died. That's the nature of a society obsessed with death. NaS - "And these are our heroes..." Peace. FroGG NeaL

Random Thoughts 3-27-08 to 5-28-08

Also, who drove the Hummer, and various other bullshit angles that go nowhere. Fuck it, I say Randy Savage has something to do with all of it. -
Right. Sting, Magnum, Steamboat, Dusty and, I dunno, Muta vs Flair, Luger and the Horsemen would have been cool. And, Flair's sendoff couldn't be over done if they ended it with writing his name on the moon with a giant laser.

I still like Beretta, O.J. Simpson in movies, and so on. Dudes need to get a grip. Look: Watching Benoit matches and enjoying him as a character on a wrestling program = okay. Defending him in anyway for his actions as a person in real life = not okay. Jesus.

.... say what now vx?

True story: my great-grandfather was a school bus driver in his later years, and he had a heart attack one day while driving the children home from school and kept his composure enough to pull the bus safely off the road and turn it off before dying.

You should throw that into your stand-up routine if you haven't already.
-
Much respect, homie. And I have to bow to your sexual prowless, Milk-dawg.
-
It's worth at least a bottle of blue footballs or a half bottle of bars or somethin'.

Speak on it. That's how i used to look at shit, til children came into my life. They tend to fuck with things, like your entire world view and shit. I dunno, I just keep 16 in the clip, and one in the head, so i got the full 16 shots, then I can pop myself if it came to that. Other wise, I ain't been suicidal in a minute. Like almost 2 years now. I will be damned if another man chooses how i leave this bitch, though. If i'm goin down, i'm takin whoevers comin at me down too.

Honestly, I don't know my heritage too well, but I am white. I just have like, black, cherokee, irish, german from my moms and whatever from my pops' side. I never met that dude, so i dunno... I grew up and have lived in some fucked up areas. I grew up 10 minutes from the first place in WV to get hit with crack. I've lived on the East Side of St. Louis, 20 minutes outside of downtown St. Loius, the projects outside of Pittsburgh, dowtown Pittsburgh, the East End of Charleston and the West Side of Charleston in WV, St. Albans in WV, Amandaville, Alum Creek in WV. Virginia beach, Myrtle beach, S.C., A trailor park in N.C., I dunno, uh... Lexington, KY, and about 25 other places and about 10 other states. That accident is like an everyday thang that would come up in casual conversation in my circle. ya know? most everybody i know has the thousand yard stare, either from goin' to war overseas, or war right where they at, or both. "The only War there Is, is the War we Live." word. I dont usually talk about shit like that on the internet, cause i can't stand no fontin ass internet gangstas e-thuggin and e-beefin and just being bitches in general. I don't want nobody gettin me crossed up in none of that type shit. But, for you Milky, I make an exception. Youse a cool ass nigga, homie. If you're ever near any of the places I mentioned, tell 'em you know FroGGer if peoples fuckin with you. You'll either get an extended g-pass, or beat harder depending on how i know dudes. so, yeah. it is what is. Peace and One Love, FroGG NeaL
