Vince and Bob made nice at the last meeting.
-
COSTAS~! I mark for that man.
-
Did they bring Eric up fulltime this time, or just a one shot deal?
-
Haas opens again!
-
Well, I get a war update. Does this need to be on every channel?
-
I didn't read spiolers did the show look interesting tonight?
-
Smoke Monte Cristo Churchills, cigars are where it's at, not ciggs.
-
X7 certainly was a great match, my second favorite of his WWF run. I wonder how they plan on topping it this year.
-
Downhome's post made me think, I remember when Flair came back, how much I marked out. But now it's meaningless.
-
Everything about it is old, I'm tired of seeing HHH with the belt, I'm tired of hearing about all these "next big things", and I'm tired of watching the weak ass tag teams like someone mentioned earlier. The WWE obviously doesn't give a shit either, Vince won his battle with WCW so what does he have to care about?
-
I watch for Austin, Flair, Angle, Guerreros, Beniot, Rhyno, and Rock. Now one of those reasons is gone, ones a lackey, and the other is leaving at the end of the month. Yeah, I feel the same way as Downhome.

Hell why not? While I'm at it, I'll run to the grocery store and turn heel too, it's all a success down at Uncle Franklin's barn. Don't you notherners know anything? -
Undertaker and Brock have two things in common, they're both phenoms and they both think Eric and Kurt are the same guy.

Missy is nasty, ever since Eddie quit hitting it she went downhill. This is why we should all follow in Eddie's footsteps. Well except for the dying part.

I agree with Slickster, guys like me will buy them all.

1.Ric Flair I love the Horsemen, of course he's my number one pick. His matches with Dusty Rhodes made me a fan back in the day, and his fans with Steamboat are the greatest series of matches I've ever seen in the U.S. 2.Arn Anderson WAY underrated, he could get anyone over in a match or on the mic. If only there were more Arn's around these days. 3.Owen Hart Of all the guys from Canada this guy was definately the best, he never got to show his full potential and it's a shame we lost this man. 4&5.The Rock N' Roll Express Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson. The Rock N' Roll Express, enough said. 6.Steve Austin I remember staying up late as a kid to watch this guy wrestle, and when he became "Stone Cold" and enjoyed huge popularity I enjoyed it, mainly because I'd watched him ever since his days in Texas. 7.Mick Foley I love the guy, he's a crazy sumbitch, but I love everything he's ever done. I hate garbage wrestling and I even enjoy his garbage stuff. 8.Terry Funk Watch his early NWA stuff and stuff from Japan, you'll see why this guy wasn't always a crazy sumbitch who went through flaming tables covered with cow manure, or whatever the stips are. 9.Bret Hart Greatest WWF wrestler ever, too bad I despised his WCW run, well except for one match. 10.Kurt Angle Man, I'm surprised I put him in my top ten too! But this guy really is great, and WWE tv is gonna suck without him. Honorable mention: Chris Beniot Shawn Micheals Magnum TA Eddie Gilbert

Goldenweek '94, 6 Ironmen matches with the Rock N' Rolls in seven days. Guess which day I went? Yup, the day they had just a regular **** match. How fitting, my 100th post came about SMW. -
Don't book like the show I went to on Thursday.

They were gonna let the crowd get in and fight each other, that I think was a work. But while the announcer was announcing the part about the crowd, the rednecks next to me jumped in the ring and started whaling on him. -

It was All-Star Georgia Championship Heavyweight Wrestling. -
It was at a place called Uncle Franklin's barn, the name of the arena is the most normal thing that happend all night. First off, we were sitting next to some drunk fucking rednecks who kept yelling about their dick size. Then the first match was WILD, the match went outside the arena, which made no sense since non of the fans could see the match. However, when they came back in the arena they were both a bloody mess and hugging, and dragging some motherfucker who I'd never seen before behind them. So there was a turn outside the arena where only the passing traffic could see it. Then there was an intermission, where CROWD members got to wrestle and the rednecks charged the ring and whaled on the ring announcer, now I thought this was a work until the ring announcer was holding his nose yelling, "THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS BROKE IT!" It was an odd experience and I wouldn't reccomend it for anyway. And I only shared this, because you guys are the only ones who would understand it. Since my only friends who watch wrestling were with me.

I think about the same as you, as it will be good but nothing great. I wish Shawn would have left after Summerslam, he's one of my favorites and to think of his piss poor excuses these days.
