I can tell I'm not going to do anything but play GH III over the Christmas Holidays.

I'd love to see Mark Heap in more stuff. He has been absolute gold in both Spaced and Green Wing. Isn't he in Stardust or whatever it's called as well?

Enjoyable show, it just flew by for me. Finlay vs Rey was a fine match and it was wonderful to see Finlay one for once without the aid of the Shillelagh. I don't remember offhand the last time he won without it. Punk vs Noble - Decent, shame about the finish. Continuing the small Noble push was nice though. He's definatly getting over through a combination of being given time to speak and getting matches on a regular basis. Two tv matches this week for him, just shocking. Leaving Punk laying like that at the end of the show leads me to the conclusion that there will be more between the pair of them. Batista's promo was short and effective. That's exactly how his promos should be. Undertakers triangle choke for those that don't follow MMA, just looks like crap in my book. I don't think I'd buy it making Khali tap like that if I didn't already know how powerful it is. I think it could come off much more effectively if done on someone smaller though, it just looked horrible done on Khali.

I bought Pokemon Diamond a while back now and played it a bit, but have had some travelling to do this week and have gotten absolutely hooked. Takes me back to playing the original at school.

The Punk/Morrison matches have generally speaking been good news, but the finishes to all of them have been weak as hell.

NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship Tiger Mask IV vs. Mike Quackenbush Good match, with a smart finish. Enjoyed this. Hadn't seen any of Quack's work before this was the first example. I love the way this man speaks but I can't put my finger on what it is I like about it.

First bands I remember really liking were Catatonia and Madness. A Madness Greatest Hits was the first CD album I ever owned.

Nigel McGuinness diagnosed with torn biceps
Garth replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in General Wrestling
Such a shame that this injury had to happen now, I can't think of a worse time to go down with an injury. Seems they kept him well enough involved over the weekend, popping up all over both the shows. Hopefully his match with Hero didn't set back his recovery time any. -
Good action on the show this week in Rey vs Noble. The character interactions between Taker/Batista, Noble/Vickie & MVP/Hardy with a smattering of JBL for good measure are ensuring Smackdown is a must watch for me at present. I'm just not bothering with Raw at present, have plenty of other things I'd rather do than watch the HHH/Shawn Micheals show. I'm really not a fan of most of Taker or Batistas work, but the prospect of their HIAC has me very much looking forward to Survior Series.

I seem to recall hearing about this weeks, if not months ago now.

Not a bad start to Joe's NOAH career; beating the champion with his own finisher and what not.

ROH 10/19/07 Survival of the Fittest & San Francisco 10/21/07

Survival of the Fittest '07 - Las Vegas: 19th October WrestleFanfest 2007 Convention Card - San Francisco: 21st October I know a bit of discussion on the show has gone in the thread on the convention, thought it deserved its own though seeing as how this is quite a big weekend for ROH, testing the waters out West. The two SOTF events I've seen have both been enjoyable, not the best concept in the world but normally executed well. I hate the fact that there's a couple of scrubs in qualifying matches though. From a kayfabe perspective, what have either Perkins or Anderson they done to enjoy the privilage of being entered in one of ROH's big annual events? Other than that the qualifying matches look like good news. I see the final as being: Danielson vs. Aries vs. Strong vs. Claudio vs. Romero vs. Hero. Here's hoping for a Hero win tonight. He could really use the win to elevate him and make him a credible threat again. It seems like he's been just a jobber to the stars as of late and could really be a top guy for ROH in my eyes if they let him. -

Really pleased that Hero won. He entertains me no end and is one of the few guys that actually gets heel heat. I love that he eliminated everyone in that match. We're never going to hear the end of that. Clearly needs to be Hero making the challenge against Nigel at GBH VI Night 1 after that big win. -
I missed out on seeing this at the local independent cinema by a couple of days. One of my friends managed to catch it and has had nothing but good things to say about it. Will definatly catch it when it's out on DVD. 'Tell him Justice is waiting for him.'

Art Brut - Good Weekend The Beatles - A Day In The Life Queens of the Stone Age - Go With The Flow LL Cool J - Mamma Said Knock You Out The Rapture - Whoo! Alright-Yeah... Uh Huh Electric Six - Danger! High Voltage! Finley Quaye - Spiritulized White Stripes - You're Pretty Good Looking (For A Girl) Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower Talking Heads - Psycho Killer It's really tough to do this. I don't ever feel I can properly reduce my most favourite songs down to a list of just 10. Those so many others that I'd love to add or take away. However, I don't know how much longevity they'll have with me, even though at the moment they're one of my favourites. For example The Raptures - WAYUH I love it and have done for over a year but will it still be a favourite of mine another year done the line? Doubtful, but as it stands it's a favourite very much so. Especially when it's time to get ready and go out.

Only regular and Cherry are acceptable variations on the Coca Cola theme. Vanilla is some of the worst tasting stuff I've ever tried. All the other additions of the Coke family do nothing to enhance the taste for me. I just wish Pepsi put out a Cherry Pepsi in the UK, then Coca Cola would be completely redundent to me.

Really pleased for Nigel, great wrestler and super nice person every time I've met him. I can't speak as some one that has seen much of his new style since he started throwing all the lariats according to people, but he entertains me and I can't wait to see where his reign takes not only him but the belt. I read an interview that was done since the win and he apparently knew his title win was on the way for almost a year. It's pleasing to know that the future of the belt is planned that far in advance.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about. I've hard a bunch of friends harping on to me about how 'great' it is. Seems likes it's trying too hard to be random and just comes off as contrived. I prefer this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwswkJZEdS4 Mainly because I love cake.

I'm traveling home from Uni to watch this show with a couple of my friends. Luckily my lecture schedule allows that this year. I need to be watching with the usual suspects back home if there is even the slightest chance of Jericho returning.
