I am most definitely still in.

Saw David Byrne last night, it was pretty much one of the best gigs I've been too. I must have been one of the youngest people there at 21. He was chattier than I imagined he would be, having a joke with the audience. Where it was a completely seated audience and everyone was pretty quiet you could hear anything that was being shouted and he ran with some of the stuff which was pretty funny. Whole band was dressed all in white which worked really well with the lighting. They were using lots of LED Colourblasts to light things which worked really well. He also had 3 dancers that performed choreographed stuff during about half of the songs. The tour he's doing at the moment he's doing is just material that he's done in conjunction with Eno, so it was a real treat getting to hear so much Talking Heads stuff performed as well as the excellence that is the two albums they did together. One of the backing singers arrived late as she'd been detained at immigration. She just waltzed onto the stage about halfway through the performance. I don't remember the exact set list but I remember that he opened with 'Strange Overtones' from the latest album and closed with 'Burning Down the House' on the second encore. Anyway, lots of fun was had. Glad I finally got to see him and was totally blown away by just how perfect the whole thing was.

For my next pick of the draft, I choose: Rob Conway. I'll be using him teamed with dinsmore as The Lords Of The Ring. They'll be my top heel tag team I think. Sorry for lack of picture, I'm posting this off my iPhone. Will edit a picture in when I get home.

For my next selection: Kaz Hayashi I felt I needed some more lightweights as the majority of my roster are bigger guys and I wanted a bit of diversity.

For my next pick: Al Snow Another guy who I can see fitting in great with my midcard scene. He can have great straight wrestling match, is charismatic and can bring the comedy if need be. I can see Al vs Colt, vs Claudio, or vs. Lynn all being great matches for the middle of card.

Sorry guys, I had a feeling that taking Colt would displease you both. Hope I haven't ruined your hopes and dreams too much.

For my next pick: Colt Cabana Someone who can provide some comedy to a card if it's heavy on the serious, and can just put on straight up great matches if the need arises. He slots in perfectly with the rest of my roster and is someone I can see having a good match with more or less anyone on my roster so far.

For my next pick, I choose: Jerry Lynn He'll be a nice addition to my midcard scene.

Yeah, that was me. To be honest though, if there is someone you really want it's better to take them early rather than miss out. I wish I'd followed that advise myself and picked Tajiri up.

I don't know, Swagger still seems kind of an unproven commodity to me at this point in his career. He's not someone I would have gone for.

I knew I should have taken Tajiri instead of Claudio. Curses.

Before I make my next pick, I'd just like to apologise to Steviekick in advance. My next choice is someone who for such a big man can work incrediblely well. There's not many guys out there any more that are heavyweights and can work such a technical style. He is the 'most money making man' Claudio Castagnoli

Good episode, the episode was near all flashbacks within a flashback. That's some damn fine flashbackin'. I'm dying for them to move on the Robin/Barney thing some more. Want to know where that's going already. Well, I say that, but I do like that they're not rushing things there really.

Forgot to mention earlier, but Franchise / TSM Fantasy text me asking me to post in here to say that his internet connection is gone for the time being. Fingers crossed it's back in time for his next pick.

Just to let everyone know, Franchise/TSM Fantasy has lost him internet connection for an unspecified amount of time. So updates will likely be thin on the ground for a little while.

Oh man, Kozlov vs. JBL? That match would be horrible, and this is coming from someone that quite likes both of them. I honestly can't think of an appealing match for JBL at Mania. Perhaps JBL vs Mysterio, they've had some fun matches in the past. JBL is no great shakes in the in ring department anymore and there's not much left for him to do. So if this means JBL back in the booth I'm all for it. He'd also make an excellent manager, if they chose to take him that route anyway.

For my next pick, I'm going to finish up my brawling contingent for now. He's someone that can work brilliantly in a crazy anything goes type environment. He can also be put into more straight up wrestling matches for interesting combinations. He can play heel or face so that's now a problem and has a unique kind of charisma to him. I can see him vs. Eddie, vs. Kobashi or vs. Jericho all being something fun to watch. Where as the brawling stuff with Sabu, Sheik or Abby would no doubt be brutal. Even though he's not going to be main event stuff, he's someone that will always come across as a legit threat. I give you my next pick of the draft: Necro Butcher

Oh this season is definitely better. The Prime Minister episode was fantastic. Also, Doug dressed as Brett was awesome.

Sorry for missing my window guys. I was away for the weekend at the last minute and thought I'd be able to text Franchise with my next pick, but where I was staying had no coverage and no internet. Anyways, for my next pick, I choose a man who has shown himself to be incredibly versatile. He can play face and heel, he can go technical or brawl and can wrestle great as a singles or tag team guy. For my next pick, I choose: Homicide. He'll be incredibly useful on my roster as an upper midcard guy. I can plug him into feuds with any of the top guys and he could be the centrepiece of a Junior type division if I decide to go that way.
