Not true, the bassist, one Miss Fredrica Feedback is both charming and beautiful. I don't get what you mean saying they're songs don't really go anywhere? As in the problems brought up in the lyrics aren't resolved? If that is indeed the problem, I quite like that we're not given the answer and left to come to ones own conclusion. I had no idea they'd been featured in the Rolling Stone though, I knew they'd been on the cover on the German edition as they're pretty big over there. Big to the point where a university has given lectures on the lyrics of Eddie Argos, and they're further up the bill than the Coral at festivals. (The Coral are pretty dire, so understandable)

Sounds like a thoroughly successful debut for ROH in Japan by the sounds of things. I'm fairly suprised Nigel didn't take the title at this show. They're clearly painting Danielson to be the next great ROH hope. If ROH booking continues anything like it has in the past the title clearly isn't going back to him.Of all the World Title changes it could be debated that only one of the changes was the obvious guy to take the strap. (Gibson/Danielson) Leaves me wondering who the next champ will be. If the matches the Morishima is putting forth are as good as everyone says then roll on his reign I say.

Three man combo as I understand it. It's sort of sad that they've really not done all that much with any of them since the split.

I feel the same way, I'm usually one for supporting ROH financially. As it's not available to buy on PPV in the UK so I don't feel too bad for watching like this.

It certainly makes the prospect of living in Wiltshire a whole lot more appealing.

Cheers for posting the link. I've watched up until just before the main event. Really enjoyable show thus far. I wouldn't be dissapointed with this show for £5.

I've played Zelda for about an hour and a half this afternoon and I'm liking it so far. Keep in mind I've never played any of the Zelda games before, so wasn't 100% sure what to expect.

Trying to keep as close to the brief as possible: The Rakes - 'All Too Human' Be Your Own Pet - 'Adventure' The Gossip - 'Standing In The Way Of Control' Also, Art Brut - Direct Hit is brilliant.

Not suprised, last I heard they wanted to reform Triple X.

The Old vs New match might be fun, even if just for the antics of the Motor City Machine Guns.

I've had my Wii since June but am finally going to get a game for it today that isn't Wii Sports. Would people tend to agree that Zelda is a good first game to get? I hope so.

Sounds like a winner then. Echoes definatly had a few bright spots, I think overall though just from hearing the 3 singles from Pieces it'd be hard pressed not to be a more enjoyable listen. I downloaded the first Rapture album a while back, stylistically The Rapture then and The Rapture now are worlds apart.

What is Nitro using as his finish now? Also, if the ECW matches are supposed to be Pick Your Posion matches, what is the logic behind the picks? Dreamer/Nitro, Thorn/Punk. It's not either pairing has any real history together, other than Punk/New Breed stuff but that was more Cor Von and Burke.

I've really been enjoying Myth Takes. There's a Hot Chip remix of 'Must Be The Moon' floating around thats superb. I think I like it even more than the original. Pieces of People We Love has been on my list of albums to buy for quite a while now. I was going to get it before I saw them back in March just before I went to see them live but never got around to it and it's consistently slipped my mind since. Care to pass judgement on it anyone? Worth buying or is it only worth downloading? I've got all the singles off it anyway, so wasn't too sure. Whoo! Alright, Yeah ... Uh-Huh is officially the best good time song I've heard since 'Daft Punk is Playing at My House.'

The White Stripes - De Stijl (which I have apparently been misspelling for like a year now, uh) I do the same, I always want to spell it De Stilj. I've listend to: Tokyo Police Club - 'A Lesson In Crime' Eagles of Death Metal - 'Peace, Love, Death Metal' Victorian English Gentlemans Club - S/T

Salt N' Peppa - Push It

"*A ten man Ultimate X match was announced for Victory Road." Oh dear God. Do they even have 10 X-Division guys on the roster at this point?

Ideally for the summer holidays I want to have a sort of multiplayer-internet type game. I've played counterstrike before and I was thinking about maybe getting myself set up for that again. However, I'm also thinking I'd like something with a bit more depth to it, whats the deal with these massively multiplayer type games? I've also heard good things about City of Heros/Villans so maybe something like that, I'm really not sure. So, I was hoping some of you guys could maybe describe some of your favourites if you play. Or if you don't if you've heard about anything exceptional pass on some information. Much appreciated.

Bumping this, finally gotten around to setting myself up with WOW. After much debating with my housemate who is already a WOW widow as her boyfriend is pretty much addicted to it, I got myself a trial account. I enjoyed it enough that I've now gone out and bought a copy now. Pretty enjoyable and made all the better due to about 6 of my friends being members as well.

Enjoyable enough show, just too much stuff seemed to be happening for no reason. The only matches that I out right didn't enjoy were VKM vs Damaja/Basham, 3D vs Animal/Steiner. Everything else was at least somewhat fun to watch. I'm full of love for Sabin, I'm glad he lost the X title, it's clearly for the greater good. The MCMG can happen full time now, hopefully it means the end of Alex Shelley being jobbed out to everyone. Something about Chris Harris really irks me and I can't put my finger on what it is. I'd gladly take Storm getting the push over him.

The one thing that sticks out in my mind about The Horrors is the lead singer getting drunk, breaking down to an NME reporter on a plane flight that the band was crap and people only liked them because of their hair.

ROH: 6/22 (Dayton) and 6/23 (Chicago-PPV Taping)
Garth replied to Hawk 34's topic in General Wrestling
It seems odd to me that they're keeping two of the strongest matchs from the Chicago card off the PPV. What's the reasoning behind this? -
White Stripes - 'Rag & Bone' Came as a free 7' to preview the new album. Between this and Icky Thump I must confess June 18th can't come quick enough for me.
