Hmmm, if Meltzer found out who it was without any help, so could the massed ranks of WWE goons. I'm thinking that, if kosher, then it's gotta be someone with nothing to lose from being fired. RVD would seem to be the most suited to trying his luck on the indie circuit or in japan. He seems to enjoy being a big fish in a small pond. And he would definately speak about himself in the third-person. Also, i think Lance Storm or Chistian is a definite possibility. The leak doesn't have to have direct links to ECW, just know someone who did. If nothing else, the more internet savvy smrks in the locker room (ie the entive cruiserweight and midcard divisions) will hear about this and, maybe, start realising that they should be pissed off with the situation. 2 random thoughts: Someone from NWA:TNA such as D'Lo who is legitimately pissed with Vince. Or..... SHANE O MAC!!!!!! trying to destroy his dads company

Brand Only PPV's

hopefully, Vince will bring in a few of the better indie guys to fill out the caed on the cheap. I'm still pissed Vince got Syeinr and Goldberg, when with that money who could have got AJ, Low Ki, Red, Jerry Lynn, Chris Danials, American Dragon, Elix Skipper and a load of other good puro and lucha guys. -
you guys are all missing the big picture: NEXT WEEK MATTITUDE V LESNAR for the WWE championship. I reckon Matt goes over also it looks like a cool angle to break up rhyno and benoit

How many pushes has Rikishi had tho? A fuck of a lot for my money. I reckon Dave wrote it himself to give it legitimacy instead of just a random piece about how WWE guys hate Vince HOAX RATING:75%

I'd guess Christian. The guy sounds like he's been there since pre-invasion times, and that rules out a surprising amount of the active roster. Although Al Snow would tie in with the 1.popup/ecw connection.

Terrible news concerning Kevin Nash
rising up out of the back seat-nuh replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
hmmm, i wondered what vice was gonna do when he realised there was no-one else to bring back....... REHASH OLD GIMMICKS. Expect Rikishi to be repackaged as Yokosuna (with Funaki as Mr. Fuji), Billy Kidman to be repackaged as Randy Savage, William Regal to be repackagaed as Ludvig Borga and Nathan Jones to be repackaged as the Giant Gonzales -
The average fan doesn't have to know what UFC is. If WWE market him as a legitimate fighter who has the belt to prove it then he'll have a chance getting over (provided they give him a push and a bit of a charachter)
-
You could say that about any rookie though. At least they have got a legitimate angle and background to help get him over.

Everybody's got one. What are yours?

IMHO WWE needs more guys who can work stiff. I could see Tito taking damn convincing kicks from someone like Tajiri or Low Ki. One thing tho, he REALLY needs to be on Smackdown. That would definately give SD some more legitimacy and cement the difference between the two brands.

Where are they ??

I remember reading somewhere that TAKA was kinda homesick and mindful of his dojo back in Japan. I think he'd accomplished as much as he was gonna in WWE. Funaki, on the other hand, is settled in America. If I was him, i wouldn't moan about my role either. -
hmmm, from heat results to japanese vocabulary in 13 posts. Thats one hell of a leap!

Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The first match was Rodney Mack over Spike Dudley. A good amount of heel heat for Teddy Long (who I believe has found his calling in being a manager). The second match was Trish Stratus (coming out to a good pop) defending her title successfully against Ivory. It was a really good match. A "We want puppies" chant was actually quelled by the in-ring action. After the match Victoria did a run-in (to beat down Trish), but got sent packing by both Trish and Ivory. We were then asked to show our signs, and make lots of noise for a brief RAW plug. The third and final Heat match was Christian over Tommy Dreamer with the unprettier. from 1 wrestling

Wrestlemania opinions

With Jericho/Michaels, you could see this was Jericho's dream match with one of his childhood heroes at wretlemania, and he had fun doing Michaels signature moves like the poses and the superkick (which should have been the finish). Win or not, I regard Jericho far, far higher than i did 24 hours ago. Does anybody else think it would be cool for Angle/Lesnar to have a rematch at WMXX built around Lesnar avenging his ghosts and finally hitting that SSP? -
Wrestlemania opinions

For my money, the card offered precious few surprises. Although it sucked to see HHH and HBK go over, it wasn't really a surprise. There were no big name surprises or run-ins (save Piper of course). On the positive side, HBK v Y2J was a MOTY candidate and Rock v Austin, the womens three-way and Hogan v McMahon were present surprises. And the Hoss match didn't totally suck! Wow! On the negative side, the cruisers and three-way tag match weren't given long enough, HHH v Booker was dull and lifeless and Angle v Brock was devoid of crowd heat and, in parts, a definate disapointment. The end of the two world title matches were definate anti-climaxes too. As for the memorable WretleMania moments, Cena cut a damn good live promo on heat, Y2J and HBK got each other over, Cole nearly lost his voice and Lesnar fucked up the biggest moment of his career so far (and possibly his whole career, poor guy). Its now 6am in the good old United Kingdom and I'm shot to fuck. So, discuss -
episode 701 i believe. I actually saw your sig before the episode, and got a strange feeling of deja vu. Still not as good as Garfield tho

Fabolous Backs Out Of Cena's Challenge
rising up out of the back seat-nuh replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
As far as mainstream appeal and coverage goes: Ashanti>Fabolous U know, if he hadn't been set to be at WM i'd never have heard of the guy. Maybe it was just an elaborate marketing scheme. Smarks are the target audience of rap artists you know. -
