    Batista out indefinitely

He's not a babyface though. He doesn't get cheers, he gets jeers. He's no different than a heel ducking faces only it's not directly stated that he's ducking people.

    Batista out indefinitely

I not a Hardy fan, but the point is he doesn't face main eventers. He faces a man who has never main evented (Hardy), A washed up former World Champion and a fellow rookie (Kennedy). He doesn't go through Benoit. Also Hardy/Lashley would not have been the main event, I stated that earlier. He's overrated, he hasn't fought no one.

    Batista out indefinitely

In a way, it would be so he appears to weak champion and could eventionally lead to him turning on Batista because of the crowd and Batista would begin to realize that he could defeat Lashley. "The title would be a joke because the people would know it's on a wrestler who isn't very good and hasn't really done anything of note." JBL. He is now seen as a legit main eventer, or at the very least upper midcarder.

    Batista out indefinitely

The point is he would intentionally be booked as a face who got heel heat. The people would be clamoring for Batista to realize that Lashley can't beat him and to destory him. Like the fight in Rocky 5 that happened outside the bar.

    Batista out indefinitely

Ahem............Worst Idea EVERRRRR <{POST_SNAPBACK}> May I ask what you don't like about it? If you're just going to point to Lashley being young ang green, that's the point of the angle.

    Batista out indefinitely

The angle would be that Titsa was injured and that's why he lost, it may have been a fluke. In fact, I would go totally Rocky 5 with it and have Dave believe that Lashley really beat him and become his his mentor as he recovers until Bobby turns on him and Batista realizes he can beat Lashley.

    Batista out indefinitely

Her's what I would do, Long announces that Batista is unable to compete only to have Dave come out and say he can still win and wants a title defense at Survivor Series. A Fatal 4-Way Elimination #1 Contendership Match is made between Guerrero vs Lashley vs Mysterio vs Orton. Lashley picks up the huge upset and at Survivor Series it's the injured Champion vs the Rookie (who is in his first title match, ever) and to the marks it's unclear who will win. Lashley wins a short match and is suddenly a main event player, but is still unproven. He can be like Tommy Gunn in Rocky 5 in that he's the champ but he's not the best. They could even make look like they were trying to keep the title on him and isn't quite facing main event talent. This leads to Batista/Lashley 2 for Mania where Lashley tries to prove he is better than Batista and depending on how his reign goes he can retain it or drop it and turn heel. This only works if Dave can work a short match.

    NWO 2000

On a 2000 episode of Nitro, Bret Hart was facing Goldberg for the World Heavyweight Championship when out come the Outsiders and destory Goldberg. Long story short the NWO 2000 is formed with World Champion Bret Hart, Tag Champions The Outsiders and US Champion Jeff Jarrett. What if this unit stayed together, just the 5 of them and rampaged WCW for a couple months before finally being destroyed. I think it could have worked for WCW if they had gone about it right.

I got called unAmerican by my Dean,

The teacher that sent me to the dean's office apologized and said I could sit if I sat in the back of the room. The ICLU lady seemed disappointed and said that they can't make me sit in the back, but I'm not going to fight that.

I got called unAmerican by my Dean,

How does "under god" directly refer to christianity? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What else is it refering to? If it was "one nation under your belief system" I would have no problems with it. I do not believe in God, why say something that honors something I don't believe to exist? Moment Of Silence : A Guide for Teachers and Parents Indiana’s New Moment of Silence Law: On April 25, 2005 Governor Daniels signed into law SB 332, a new law supported by 46 members of the Indiana Senate and 86 members of the Indiana House. The new law, which became effective on July 1, 2005 provides: • A United States flag to be displayed in each classroom of a school corporation. • Requires a school corporation to provide a daily opportunity for students to voluntarily recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Provides an exemption for students who choose (or whose parents choose for them) not to participate in the Pledge. • Requires a school corporation to establish a daily moment of silence in each classroom or on school grounds. What the new law means for Indiana classrooms? Pledge of Allegiance: • All Indiana classrooms will have a United States flag and the Pledge of Allegiance will be voluntarily recited. • Schools may inform students that they do not have to participate. Parents may also choose for their students to not participate. Moment of Silence : • Indiana teachers are required under the law to ensure that students remain seated or standing and silent and make no distracting display so that each student may voluntarily exercise their choice to meditate, pray, or engage in other silent activity. • Teachers may not suggest or encourage how a student uses the moment of silence. Is a Moment of Silence Constitutional? Yes. The moment of silence has been ruled constitutional. In 1985, the United States Supreme Court struck down a New Jersey statute and a section of an Alabama statute because the court failed to find any legitimate secular purpose in the case of Wallace v. Jaffree. However, at that time the court stated that they would uphold a statute if a valid secular purpose can be found. This is the basis in which several state statutes have been upheld. One of the most recent opinions issued in 2001 by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Brown v. Gilmore, stated that a Virginia statute mandating the establishment of a "minute of silence" in the state's public schools did not violate the First Amendment's Establishment Clause. The statute had at least two legitimate purposes, one that was clearly secular, in seeking to give students a moment for quiet reflection, and one that accommodated religion by allowing those children who wished to pray silently each day in school an opportunity to do so. The court also said the statute was neutral as to religion and that the state was not excessively entangled with religion. The language of the Indiana statue mirrors Virginia’s statute. Parents: Parents should be aware of the new law and communicate to the student’s teacher whether or not their student is participate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Parents should advise their students to comply with the moment of silence and for their student to not be distracting during this time. Whether a student chooses to meditate, pray, or remain silent should be discussed between the parent and child. Teachers: Schools are cautioned to neither encourage nor discourage religious activity. School officials may not organize, mandate, or participate in student religious activities, including prayer. A moment of silence may be announced by school officials only as a moment of silence and can not be referred to in any other way.
