The Oilers got Chris Pronger in a trade for Eric Brewer.

I have been playing this game like crazy and I noticed something about all the QBs that are up for the Heisman. I was Chris Leak, up for the Heisman, with 43 TDs and 12 INT and all of the other QBs had superhuman numbers. Matt Leinart had 49 TDs and 2 INT, Reggie McNeil had 45 TD and 0 INT and Vince Young had 33 TD passing and another 10 rushing. All of them had over a 80% completion rate and winning the Heisman is basicly impossible. Has anyone else noticed this?

I really like the addition of Impact Players, but it seems to me that becoming "In the Zone" is absolutely random and has nothing to do with performance. For instance, my D just sacked Erik Ainge and the next play he is in the zone.

Got the game today from the EA store and am very impressed with it thus far. They have fixed most if not all of last year's problems including super conerbacks and volleyball in the secondary. The passing game is much more open, though I do find the deep ball a little to easy to complete.

IGN Review 9.2 overall rating. I really cannot wait for this game.

So did I, but again EA shoots themselves in the foot by not putting a clear release date. Well they did, but thats after multiple stores sold the game about a week early.

How did you get the game? Alot of people got the game early due to a mistake by some CompUSA stores. (One copy sold for $217 on eBay). Anyways, I ordered mine of the EA Store and am expecting it within the week. Cannot wait.

That is exactly what I thought at first. To me, this makes absolutely no sense, but I guess they really want to plug the Heisman feature. But still, there are much better winners to choose from.

(AP) - Seattle's Shaun Alexander, upset after finishing one yard behind Curtis Martin for the NFL rushing title, questioned why coach Mike Holmgren called a quarterback sneak in a big win over Atlanta. "We were going to win anyway," Alexander said after Sunday's game. "We were on the freaking goal-line and I got stabbed in the back." Alexander made his remarks in the locker-room after the Seahawks beat Atlanta 28-26, securing the NFC West title for Seattle and guaranteeing a home game with St. Louis in next weekend's wild-card round. Holmgren said in his post-game comments he had wanted Alexander to win the rushing title. However, the Falcons drove 69 yards in the final 4:28 to pull within 28-26 before failing to convert the two-point try. "It's too bad we didn't get the ball back," Holmgren said. "They ate up the clock with their final drive. Shaun had a chance at the rushing championship and just missed it. That was too bad. I would have liked to seen him get it." The Seahawks went ahead 28-20 with 4:28 remaining when quarterback Matt Hasselbeck scored on a one-yard sneak on second-and-goal. Alexander, who will be an unrestricted free agent after this season, blamed that call for costing him a share of the rushing title. He finished with 80 yards on 19 attempts against Atlanta.
