Anyways, real good game brewing in Norman with the Sooners up 21-13 on Cincinnati at halftime. Both teams shooting themselves in the foot but a real interesting game thus far. Edit: Lol, ND botches a field goal. Mother of Christ they are horrid.

The whole album was leaked a few days ago. That Was Just Your Life is definitely one of the best songs on the album. The album is solid for the most part, but my only gripe is the fact that some of the songs just run way to long and turn into glorified jams. The Unforgiven III was a massive letdown for me as it opens beautifully but trails off into a very ReLoad type song. But as a whole, definitely a solid album.

I realize USC won in impressive fashion... but it was fucking Virginia. Not that I'm one to defend Georgia, but what exactly did they do to play themselves out of the top spot?

I wasn't buying the Pitt hype but at the same time I wasn't expecting them to go out and lay an egg in the first week. Pretty solid opening game for Florida. Good to see that they showed that even without Harvin and Spikes they still have a nice stable of playmakers on both sides of the ball.

If I'm not mistaken, Wells has had some ankle troubles earlier in his career, so this could be real trouble for Ohio State. As for Florida, it's encouraging to see that despite Tebow not doing a whole lot, the Gators are up by 28 at the half.

Due to that fact that GamePlan is seemingly unavailable online here in Canada, I'll be missing some good ESPN-covered games. Does anyone know a way to get a ESPN stream over the internet?

Not sure how many of you still play NCAA, but the second patch was just released that is supposed to fix the horrid kick return AI, but I've noticed little, if any change. The kick returns are still a big problem (opposing team will almost always start at the 35 or 40) which puts your defense in a huge hole right off the bat.

Not sure how many of you guys caught the new Metallica single on the radio today, but for those who didn't, here it is . I like the song. I'm not a huge fan of the singing, but when the song picks up, it is really great.

Ride The Lightning ...And Justice For All Master of Puppets Kill 'Em All Black St. Anger Load ReLoad It's pretty hard for me to pinpoint one album as my favorite, because all four are about the same to me. I always have and always will hate Load/ReLoad. And yes, I have given it a chance. I've tried looking at it as an album by a band other than Metallica, and to me, it still sucks complete ass. I will concede that it does have a couple of good songs (Hero of the Day, Until it Sleeps, etc.) But as a Metallica album it is flat out unacceptable to me. St. Anger is horrible, obviously, but as another poster said, it presented a glimmer of hope, however small, for the next album. As for the new album, Metallica just posted a 10 second clip of a new song on their site. Sounds pretty awesome, even for 10 seconds.

This is one of the most greusome things I've personally heard happen in Canada. Last night or this morning on the Trans Canada Highway in Manitoba, some guy (apparently unprovoked, and didn't even know the victim) stabbed another guy on a Greyhound '50 or 60' times and cut the guy's head off using a 'Rambo style knife'.Here is the story. This is just fucking brutal.

I've seen shit like that happen since '06 in Madden and NCAA. While we're on the topic of bugs, has anyone seen the glitch in NCAA this year when the opposing team misses a field goal and retains possession, or when the CPU clearly drops the ball and the play is reviewed

I'm not really getting why SI and ESPN are all over the fact that the Chinese gymnasts could be under the age limit. Yes, I realize it is against the rules, but wouldn't this be more embarrassing for the US that their gymnasts got beaten by a bunch of 13 year olds?

Here is their most recent setlist from Ozzfest For this tour, (depending on the fan reception of the new album) I'd expect 3, maybe 4 new songs to go with a similar setlist as above. I know when they came to Calgary last time, they only played Frantic and St. Anger (even 'I Disappear) but for the most part, they've been playing the classics lately.
