This has quality posts! Common Law originated in the Anglo-Saxon era in England. It is the law that has evolved through decisions made by judges, and initially referred to the principles of law applied in the English courts. Before William the Conqueror invaded England, the Saxons made their own type of laws derived from customs. From this, Common Law was established. Common Law originated in the courts, but soon developed into a body of legal rules for society, outlining offences, rights and the remedies. A uniform system of law has developed over the years where a common approach was used, mainly because of local customs and laws made by the higher authorities. Common Law is based on the notion of precedent. Precedent makes sure that all judges stay consistent and certain of their charges. Judges presiding over a case would look back over decisions on previous cases under the same circumstances, and then decide what the law should be for their case. In England all the circuit judges would meet in Westminster and compare cases that they had heard. They would discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the local customs, before replacing those considered unfair with those used in other hearings.

Mascot keeps bringing the workrate in this thread.

Don't be sad, in 'Replying in TOAOAT' it looks like your 'Hoff posted and took my props. Prick.' was the one I said was the best ever. This is wrong, but it still should give you something to brag about. Because you'd brag about having a cool post on a message board. Wouldn't you? I would.

More feedback: The Heavenly Rockers vs. The New New Midnight Express We have an amazing Tag Division. I could stop right there with my praise for this match, and the division as a whole, but I won't. The fact that the OAOAST has around seven active teams that could concievably challenge for either tag title is astounding. It takes me back to the WWF in 2000. Very good match to end a very good feud. Joy Of X The beginning of this match was somewhat of a markout moment, as Ken knows I always enjoyed the K Money character, and it was awesome having Supes back, even if it was only for one night. I never got to see a whole lot of Rando when I entered the company, but what I have seen has always been good. To whoever said that King C is one of the best writers in this fed, I second that. Obviously he gets his skills from his background in the SWF, but I always seem to enjoy his work, whether it be a comedic segment or a match such as this. Im glad Rodez went over, his momentum is great right now. OAOAST Tag Team Championship: Chicks Over Dicks vs. GPX I've already commented on how much I like the tag division, and this was another example of it. COD could hold the belts for another three or four months, and I'd be happy. Very entertaining. The 70's Dude vs. Calvin Szechstein Fast and furious action in this one. Mascot did a very good job here, as this was a feud-ending, and therefore, big match. I love Texas Deathmatches, or what I've seen of them. Brutal ending spots, and a good ending that put both men over as tough competitors. Good job. Only the six man to go...
