I believe he's referring to the period of time after TNA was no longer on FSN, but before they debuted on SpikeTV.

Sabu's tights have looked weird lately anyway. I wish he'd go back to the classic "shiny" pants he used to wear...you know, the green, silver, or gold ones.
-
I don't know that a whole Sabu/Jeff Hardy feud would be necessary, but I'd watch a match between the two. I'm surprised TNA never booked it (they were on the roster together for a while, right?).

I don't see how they could possibly enforce it. -
Well, the House has passed it today, I guess it still has to pass the Senate, though.

I heard some people thought the "K" on the back of some food product labels meant that the company was owned by the Ku Klux Klan.

Just because a situation is bad, doesn't mean you justify your cause with violence.

http://www.jsonline.com/watch/?watch=1&...07&id=20830 It's stuff like this which totally discredits anyone wanting to end the war in Iraq: "Police have arrested four people and are questioning about 20 more in connection with vandalism that took place at an east side Army recruiting office Monday night. Officers were called to the 3100 block of Oakland Ave. around 8 p.m., where Iraq War protesters clad in black, carrying torches and wearing ski masks were reportedly setting off smoke bombs and throwing paint as they approached an Army recruiting center on the block, said Sgt. Eric Pfeiffer, of the Milwaukee Police Department. Someone threw an object through the recruitment center's window and spread what appears to be human waste inside before running off, Pfeiffer said. Four people were in police custody and nearly 20 more were being questioned nearby about their involvement in the vandalism, Pfeiffer said. A definitive arrest total was not available. Monday was the fourth anniversary of the beginning of the war in Iraq."

Seems like they have a _lot_ to wrap up with only one episode, unfortunately. Whatever happened to Tymen (sp?) after he accidentally killed his brother, anyway?

) The fans get a bit wet 2) Less pyro 3) More potential slipping on the entranceway 4) A thoroughly memorable show 5) Vince challenges God to a match. And then gets struck down by lightning. The ultimate end to the Mr. McMahon character!

So what would this huge Foley storyline in WWE be, exactly?
-
They need to do Wrestlemania in Milwaukee...how about Miller Park? Misterio could come down Bernie Brewer's slide. It would be sweet. If it rains, they can close the roof.
-
Helmsley vs Warrior served it's purpose. I wouldn't call it an actively bad match, like a lot of the Undertaker's matches at Mania against people like Gonzalez have been.

They have these new fangled things called canopys they can always put up. I think the Romans used them.

I guess I just get sick of WWE using guys like Austin, Foley, and Rock sporadically, and the fact that they haven't created a true superstar to fill their shoes. I don't think Cena or Batista even come close to them in terms of talent of heat generated.

Just noticed this and couldn't let it slide by: "I can list off a bunch of names who should come before Bockwinkle Jake "The Snake" Roberts Ted Dibiase Owen Hart (provided that his family would even let such an occurance) Randy Savage (I know...it's a long shot) It may be a little premature....but The Rock Hawk and Animal Bob Backlund Mike Rotunda AKA IRS" You realize Bockwinkle wasn't some scrub, right? He was a pretty big name in his day, and had several notable AWA World Title reigns, along with holding a bunch of other titles in the NWA and AWA. He's easily above Roberts, Dibase, Owen, and Rotunda in terms of career accomplishments. I do agree that the others you named should all get in eventually, but no reason anyone has to come before or after anyone else.

Yeah, the crowd was definitely cheering for Punk. I think they may have been slightly confused by the ending, but there were definitely chants for him. Why doesn't Lashley use the real Dominator he used to have, instead of that weak powerslam as a finisher?
-
Really don't miss Cryme Tyme...their initial skits were funny, but their act was getting pretty boring. I think they should come back as heels, personally.

Yeah, I marked out when I saw that. Not that he was a great wrestler in the ring, but it's nice for WWE to acknowledge his contributions to the business. I liked the clip of Gordon Solie describing "his ability to produce fire." Maybe next year they induct Abdullah the Butcher.

Yeah, WWE's policy is so hypocritical. It's basically "You should use steroids, just don't get caught. Don't worry, though, if you end up dying from it, we'll put out a memorial DVD and the guys will wear black armbands with your initials to honor you for a couple weeks." -
Ah, even if any of those guys did test positive, they'd still use them at WM.

Yeah, it's pretty hard to believe Lashley isn't on something... -
Because they want to bury Lashley even further by showing that he is boring as hell, shows no emotion, and has no charisma at all. What makes you think anyone wants to bury Lashley? He's getting a pretty huge push at the moment.

I don't know why you guys rag on Keith so much...he's not really that influential anymore. All the rumors and "urban legend" stuff used to be way worse in the mid '90s, when a lot of people were first getting onto the net, and a lot of fans were less educated than today.
