Album that came to my mind right away when I saw this thread. In high school, I was a huge U2 fan, and October was their last album I purchased. I listened to it, went "What is this crap?" and I don't think I've ever bothered with that CD since.

The thing that's ridiculous is it the president could've said "Well, we've achieved our objective in Iraq" about six - twelve months ago and started a withdrawal. Iraq is no longer a "threat", Iraqis have a democracy, etc. Probably would've made his presidency look much better in a historical context.

What Raw have you been watching? You must have some strange definition of the word "caring", because the people haven't come close to not caring about Cena. Exactly. Just because a lot of us on this board are bored by Cena's act, doesn't mean most of the people in the arenas and watching at home are. He still gets huge pops. People have been bitching about how awful RAW has been since this board started. And Raw's been really good the past few months Exactly...RAW has been decent lately. Actually, Smackdown's threads should be way bigger, considering the quality of those shows. I think wrestling discussion in general on this board is just way down.

I understand that, and I think that's a valid point to bring up more often.

Kids shouldn't have CD players in school. There's no valid reason for it. It's just a distraction. I remember a friend's high school had a ban on pagers. Same reason, it was assumed you were involved in drugs, though I can't think of any other reason a high school kid would need a pager.
