Supposedly McMahon even wrestled under a mask in Memphis to prepare for a McMahon/Lawler in-ring encounter. I don't know if that is true or just a wrestling urban legend, though.

I know some of these have maybe been done on TV, but I'm talking full on main event PPV matches. I'll also stick to WWE: Undertaker/Cena Triple H/Edge Jericho/Edge (I'm sure these two have wrestled before, but currently it could make a really kick ass title feud) Punk/Triple H

I remember going to a WCW SN taping in early '98, I believe, and it was pretty bad. They had advertised Scott Hall and Ric Flair as being there, and neither were, so my friend and I were a big disappointed. Mostly it was just squash matches, though there was a nice little match between Chris Benoit and Bobby Eaton. The "main event" was an encounter between Randy Savage and Sting. This was where Savage got injured legit, right before the two were suppposed to have a match on PPV (Spring Stampede?). One other thing I remember from the later days of WCW SN...when Eddie Guerrero was scheduled to wrestle, and his opponent was Lazertron! His brother under a mask, of course. It was a good match, too. I wish there was still an early Saturday evening wrestling show. It would be nice for when I don't have anything to do right away on those nights.

Yeah, and if the cougar gets scared as they're trying to corral it (or whatever genius plan people on here have) and mauls someone, everyone goes "Why didn't the police shoot it when they had the chance?" It's one of those no win situations where everyone gets to second guess and play armchair animal control person, no matter what.

Cougars are pretty dangerous. If it was in the middle of a big city like that, it obviously wasn't scared of humans. To be honest, it's a wonder it hadn't already killed or attacked someone. I can understand why they shot it.

I agree with the others that Styles is not bad. I think most people who say that don't even watch Smackdown on a consistent basis, or just remember his seemingly hopeless days filling in on RAW after Jim Ross had his Bell's Palsy relapse.

Wow. This is a subject on which I can finally agree wholeheartedly with the liberals. You're nuts. Why? I mean, when you read about a story like that, aren't you just filled with utter disdain and disgust? Instead the reaction seems to be "No! We need to help these people!" I'm not saying we should kill them, but why should my money support them? The concept is comedic.

I don't think Triple H is going to break the record. I could be wrong, but I get the sense from looking at the guy that his body maybe isn't holding up that well from all the injuries he's had. I would guess he might have only two or three years left in him as a regular in-ring performer, honestly. Of course, people thought Undertaker was going to be retired like five years ago, so who really knows?

Yeah, that is part of what I was getting at. I just don't understand the tolerance some people have on this board. It doesn't compute with me. Oh, and I don't need to justify my existence to anyone.

Not that it's that surprising, but I'd just like to point out that I live in Wisconsin, and the Cubs-Phillies game was blacked out on TBS...a game in Philadelphia! MLB's archaic black out laws really need to end.

I got a 57. I don't think it's realistically that high...it lists for "clothing and music" a single men's clothing store that isn't even open for business anymore. For "movies and theater" it lists an outdoor theater that is only open seasonally with very limited showtimes, and for grocery stores it lists a Stop & Go (which I don't think even carries milk or bread). Seems like their criteria isn't too strict.

Dave Bush probably pitched himself out of the starting rotation last night. The two losses the Brewers have so far this year have both come with him on the mound. Gallardo is due back soon, so something has to give. Oh, and as much as I still have a soft spot for the guy, Turnbow really has no business pitching unless the Crew is up by 5 or more runs.
