Seven people dead, including the shooter, apparently. I don't know. It's really getting hard to get too worked up about these things anymore, as horrible as that sounds. Other countries deal with deadly violence on a regular basis. Maybe this is becoming America's version of that scenario. Part of me thinks that concealed carry rights should be expanded, including on college campuses. I know there are a lot of negatives to more people having guns, but you have to think that it would at least somewhat deter things like this from happening so frequently.

To be fair, there's been a ton of lame music videos for all of the candidates this year. At least the people playing and singing in this one have some legitimate musical talent.

Does Eminem really have much name value anymore? I can't remember the last time I even heard anything about him. Granted, I'm not a rap or hip hop listener, but still...

As far as UFC, from what I've seen, I don't think it would hurt them to glitz up the entrances a little bit more. One thing I've noticed, as an extremely casual UFC viewer, is that all the guys tend to kind of look and "feel" the same, except for a few obvious exceptions. Giving the fighters unique music and entrances would probably enhance their marketability in the long run.

I've never changed mine. I've been using some form of the nick "Invader" since posting on RSPW years ago, I guess. I've pretty much always had the Terry Gordy avatar, too.

Yeah, I've been having a hard time getting through the UWF stuff. It all kind of bleeds together after a while.

Yeah, that's nice. For many Americans like myself, neither of those are a possible option. Honestly, economical gas and/or transportation is such an economic no-brainer I just don't understand why the government can't do more about it. I guess they really are that beholden to foreign and special interests.

Personally, I think Christian in TNA "feels" different than he did towards the end of his WWE run. In WWE, part of the problem was that he had the stigma of being a former LHW and tag team type of guy. WWE could have made him into a main eventer if they really wanted to, but clearly it wasn't a priority. In TNA, it seems like the old "also ran" Christian is gone, and he stepped into a main eventer role right out of the gates. Sometimes a change of scenery is all a guy really needs.

What I think is really funny is that in the second panel, is that OJ is still in his game uniform, and then by the third panel he's dressed in street clothes. So presumably he changed, including his pants, in front of those two kids.

Yeah, I'm a ways north of you (Jefferson County), so I haven't really heard much about it. I think most people around here assume that everything south of Janesville is an economically depressed, crime ridden, heck-hole.

Oh, I'm for ending the war too. Also ending the war on drugs. Basically the government should stop spending money on stuff that has proven to fail.

I've been calling for something like this for a long time. We need to eliminate the deadbeats in this country.

If they signed Joe, he would give a big and interesting boost to ECW, but that's about it. It's not like he'd be feuding with Cena or Edge or something.
