I actually like the six-sided ring, and I thought I would hate it when they started using it. Its a minimal impact upon my enjoyment of the TNA product. I have said it before on these message boards, and I will say it again. Competition breeds prosperity in the wrestling world. DA said it best. Vince has had a choke hold on the industry for too long, and wrestling lost what small amount of mainstream popularity it had. Its either work 300 days a year or starve working the indies. There needs to be another alternative.

It couldn;t happen to a nicer group of people. I just hope that TNA blows the E out of the water for at least a month straight. That more than anything else will show Vince and Co. that they cannot force feed us shit sandwiches anymore.

Oh I agree, and since emulation has taken off, it is truly irrelevant. Speaking of that, there is another game that I remember playing back in the day, I want to say around 87 or 88, it was an action platformer, where you had to go down into a complex to complete a level, and you could choose going left to right and right to left.... I think you could collect powerups along the way and I think shoot enemies..... I used to score pretty high on that game and I cannot remember it for the life of me... I know it was made by one of the minor gaming companies back then....

I was thinking about starting up with the RnC series.... any suggestions? And I still say that Special Champion Edition for the Genesis was the best SF adaptation of all the consoles from a gameplay standpoint. The SNES versions looked better, but that was the point of debate between the consoles of the day.

That always happens, especially when he can;t get over or more importantly, when he is misused by the E. The only one who had blue chip status and had to work his ass off to get the fans' respect and admiration (and succeed) was The Rock. Jindrak has a huge amount of ability, but you know as well as I that talent alone isn;t going to cut it in that place... in TNA, perhaps. Jindrak and O'Haire were a good tag team in WCW... But stats wise, aside from a nip and tuck, its pretty much right on.

Considering Finley is going to get the same amount of money from Detroit, Phoenix, and Miami, it all comes down to personal preference, and what he wants for himself and him family, should he have one. Miami is the hotspot, and once I heard that he would going to get the same mid-level exception no matter where he went, I knew Detroit didn't stand a chance. Personally they should get Jalen Rose, but he didn;t get the amnesty treatment, did he? Considering that Tyronn Lue had a starting job for a hot minute with the Magic and he did nothing with it, I agree about him being nothing more than Average Point Guard. I just can;t believe guys are excited about Pat fucking Burke coming off the bench for Phoenix. He didn't show me anything when he played for the Magic, either.

I never got that much into SF III. I think by the time it came out I was starting to go away from fighters in general, until Marvel vs. Capcom brought back to them for a hot minute. And the Saturn was the best for both Alphas 2 and 3. Perfect in looks, game play and control. I think I need to invest in one just to play Survival mode again. Whoever thought of that concept at Capcom was a genius. I think my loyalty for Alpha 3 is because of Chun-Li's fighting Juli and Juni. The first time I encountered that, I was so surprised that they kicked the crap out of me.

God only knows there are tons of moves that should be in the game, but aren't. They got it right in HCTP when they inlcuded the Ki Krusher 99, now they need to put in the Tidal Crush. Yes, I am a Low-Ki mark... sue me. Jerry Lynn's cradle piledriver should be in, too. Hell, I'm sure we here could comile a list of moves that should be in any wrestling game, not just the WWE-made product.

Agreed. I could rock the hell out of Champion Edition with Sagat, but I have to be on my game to beat Super Turbo. You know you're damned good a Street Fighter when.... You start counting perfects with pennies and nickles. My ex-roommate used to do that, she was that damned good at II and CE... then again she played Blanka almost exclusively.

Every time I think about getting back into FF7, I think of where I am and all of the work to get the weapons I need, and I just forget about it. I love the game to death, but I just cannot get motivated.

So you make due with what you have or are available to get... seems a lot of developers are waiting for the next-gen things to come out...

Rgoue was another good choice.... but yes, Wolverine in the lead is always the way to go..... Jean Grey, Psylocke and Emma Frost can be devastating if leveled up right... Its all about the levelling in this game.

How is eating every item on the menu and supersizing whenever possible for 30 straight days representing the "average american"? My thing is, it didn't take a movie for me to know that eating fast food all the time isn't good for you. If you can't figure that shit out, you need your head examined. Your bit McDonalds being bad for your cholesterol and such is right though. There isn't much healthy on the menu. However, I know a ton of "average americans" and the ones who love McDonalds eat there once a week tops. Spurlock's findings were not eye opening to me at all. Anyone with common sense could figure out eating every item on the menu for every meal for a month will fuck you up. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Fucking Amen to that.... besides, who in the blue hell consumes 5,000 calories a day and calls that average??? The average is 2,000, from everything I have seen or heard. My mother took me to McDonald's once, maybe twice a week when I was a kid, the rest was all homemade cooking. Treating your kids to McD's or whatever isn;t a bad thing, but hell, look at all the fucking candy and shit that they consume rather than just the fast food. People don;t want to be accountable for shit in this country anymore, its always someone else's fault. It pisses me off. If you worry about what your kids eat, be more involved.

Mongolian BBQ rocks the planet. Bd's is good if a bit expensive, but the best I have had since leaving Orlando (and China Jade, god I miss that place) was at HuHot in Spokane. quality, quality stuff even though the place was a little unkempt.

Because as we all know, kids need a massive sugar rush to start the day. And people complain because pot can be addictive... the past two generations grew up addicted to sugar.

KOs are too easy to get in SvR, so I turned them off.

its not even brand loyalty at this point, Sony offers more for your dollar compared to Nintendo (who haven't even fucking put out specs on their controllers for the next system yet), and MS, who might have just fucked up what momentum they had by offering multi-tier systems... they should have just gone all out and called it good.
