because there has been precedent with a woman that was in a sexual liasion with a famous athlete and tried to extort him for money (the Michael Jordan case is the most recent example), the DA is going to have one hell of a time proving that Kobe raped her. Whether or not Kobe did it of his own volition or on advice of his attorney, it was a brilliant move for him to come out publically just hours after the DA's announcement and fully admit to having sex with her, but fully denying the rape charge. GC, you could not be more wrong, whether or not the man as a basketball icon, if the evidence finds him guilty, he deserves to go to jail. I posted in another thread about how we put celebrities on pedestals which are ever-shrinking because we attach our own morality to them, and when they fall off (and sooner or later, they will), they are both blindly supported and vilified in the court of public opinion, which will find him guilty or innocent before one fact is presented in a court of law. The backlash against him is only starting, from whatever his wife said to him in private, to his family, his team, and the league in general. He should have been much more careful. If he was going to cheat on his wife, thats his prerogative. But he should have been much more circumspect about the possible dangers he was going to be putting himself in by straying from his wife. I am simply going to wait until the case begins and the facts come out, even though its down to a he said, she said situation, and kobe stands more of a good chance to win the case. All i can say is that there had better be so damn good evidence against him, because he holds the high ground right now because of his image. That image is going to be tarnished for sure, but he will survive it. If there is a civil suit, then we will know what the motive was all along.

usually someone has a server with a trigger, like: ring of honor rules!!! or: /ctcp UserX Ring of Honor rules!!! Once you type that, a window will pop up saying either that UserX wishes to DCC Chat with you, or UserX wishes to send you a text file of the files he has. Accept it. if its a text file with a list, you can copy the text line of the file that you want, such as: !User X Low-ki vs. Jody Fleisch.avi then you paste it in channel, and you are either sent the list or are put into a queue, depending if there are people downloading from UserX at the time. Now if it is a DCC Chat its a little more complicated. When you accept the chat a chat window will come up, usually with a list of commands. There should be a help command with it, but if not, I'll walk you through it. The commands are DOS-based, which are fairly simple and straightforward. the first thing you should type is DIR, which will pull of a directory of files or folders. in the case of there being folders, it would look something like this: Low-Ki Amazing Red Jody Fleisch Christopher Daniels say you want to access the Low-Ki folder you would type in the following command: cd Low-Ki which would take you to the Low-ki folder. type dir again to show what is in the folder, which would look something like this: Low-ki vs. Christopher Daniels.avi 4503912b from this point you would type: get Low-ki vs. Christopher Daniels.avi and again depending if there are people in front of you, you will put into a queue. The server would tell you where you are in the queue. You will have to type these command rather fast as most people serving these days have a time limit on how long you can be there, so get in, find what you want, and get out, by closing the chat window or typing exit. hope this helps. I watched the Funimation eps just to see how badly they would butcher the series, and I was surprised because they were halfway decent by the end of it. though it was amusing to watch my roomie pull her hair out in the beginning when they would screw up the power moves.... DBZ was a series (just like Pokemon) for young boys. It had such a fanbase over here in the states that the eventual translation was inevitable.
