I think the Faraday / Desmond was just for the plot to move along. Or a constant thing if the writers need to build an argument. Personally I would prefer if the O6 turn up and the other survivors have been on the island for 3 years. Living with Richard or whoever, or they're now veteran's to the island and know it's secrets, and fill in the O6. And I also got the Foley reference.

I think Locke will actually die, he'll just be ressurected and end up in the cabin/ on the island with the others like Jack's dad, Jacob etc. I think it should be treated that Faraday/ Desmond's interaction was just to move the plot along, and that all the other time travel stuff should be treated in a standard fashion. At the strongest you can argue "constant" BS as to why it happend then, and that they have a special bond. Same way when they were going back and forward with Desmonds time travel in the previous season, it seemed Faraday only remembered when he was reading his journal and he read that Desmond was his constant. I guess you could argue that Russo didn't know Jin because she's crazy/ it happend 16 years ago twice for about an hour max. Or that all asians look the same.

Will the newer version need more memory/ processing power? Because my piece of shit laptop has a heart attack loading the site now.

I thought he was good in Tropic thunder and stole Pineapple express. I don't remember him in the heartbreak kid. I saw the footfist way and it falls into that "MTV movie" such as Napolean Dynamite where its a movie with no point or plot and you're supposed to find the characters funny.
